AnonymousThis journey is beyond the Unbelievable, but I will start with the mistakes I made, and every lesson that I learned along the way.
It starts in 2015 a few years ago, and by the way this is my first time back after a Hiatus for over 3 years. It first starts with my old job working for a Non-Profit donation center. I got the job in August of 2015. Previously on this forum I wrote about this particular job and one moment I told a woman to metaphorically stick it up her ass.
The job was dirty, but it had its perks as well Holiday Pay, Really Really Good Insurance, and really good off the clock benefits which included stipend for a lawyer if you needed one including free counseling services, credit counseling services and also a yearly raise which is not performance based. The bad part was that you were dealing with people on a day to day basis and also their trash which is donated and you can imagine what it was like working for an Organization. S~~~ stained underwear, panties dipped in curled up Jizz, Condoms in bags filled with Jizz, p~~~ed up pants ,and shirts and sure enough there were some moments that good stuff would fly through the Center but trust me there was more s~~~ than p~~~. My coworkers were made up of 80% women which filled up our warehouse and our front lobby. The women in the back would hang clothes and and price them in the back. The men had to haul 4000 pound crates filled with donated clothes and other s~~~ for the trash dump. Yes the job was s~~~ty and the pay was s~~~ty the benefits were decent at best and there was hazard pay which I could understand pushing around 4 ton crate around using a standing fork lift does not really have its hazards right. Talk about s~~~ty as s~~~ty does. The worse part of the job was the fact that the women were gossiping everyday and of course more s~~~ than p~~~, they s~~~ talk you all the way, they act like they can haul 4 tons when they actually didn’t even try, they couldn’t even handle a forklift not much less push 4 tons of books or shoes which got donated also. There was one woman though who ran her mouth every single day from one point to another and targeted me every single day. She was a pain in the ass. I would get a lot of s~~~ from these types of ladies the ones that felt like you ignore them too much and never paid enough attention to some of them Ugly some of them Beautiful (life in general) and sure enough I got a load of s~~~ from them. But there was one particular day that she f~~~ed with me so hard that she could have gotten me fired. The day I remember there was a good looking Blonde that was working in our warehouse Community Service Worker. She was really good looking walking around and of course I talk to her but nothing in the realm of wanting to start anything even though I had my initial male intent on wanting to f~~~ her but of course my job comes first, and I had to control myself and my way of controlling it was to joke around, and of course the Ugly Bitch saw me doing it and was the bit jealous and decided to file a complaint with a low level manager. That Manager is still working there to this day and I am planning on making a visit before he retires Coolest Hispanic dude ever and watched my back when ever I made mistakes.
She decided to publicly humiliate me and file the complaint right there and then in front of the Community Service Workers and in front everyone in the Warehouse. Red (which is what I will call him for this purpose) told me to go to the table and price and to shut my mouth which I did for the rest of the day. She was Ugly as hell alright and ironically she was also from the same country I was from. Which you think she would have just let it go since I was her Nationality, but nope she reported it and the attempt failed. The manager did not even make a stop at it.
One month later another a Community Service Worker joined the team and decided to stay for two weeks and transfer to another store. The Ugly Witch or the Ugly Bitch started nagging again and it was the worst nagging you would receive from any woman on the Planet. The Service Worker was getting sick and tired of the complaints and badgering from the Ugly Witch because she would not mind her own Business and stop her nagging. The guy went to the manager and filed a complaint then what would happen after that was a regular nightmare for me. One manager who was really nice enough to hear the guys complaint would later on be fired for Trumped up reasons. The next day after that the Ugly Witch Bitch would target me and to make matters worse for herself the Ugly Witch would receive her first warning after I decided enough was enough and filed a complaint with the Manager the service worker filed with. That was my first mistake. The complaint that would start the whole fiasco.
The next thing that would happen was the firing of the manager that took a look into the my complaint and service workers complaint. The Manager was short & stubby. When I filed my complaint I filed the complaint when she clocked in, then after I filed the complaint she said she would deal with it the next day. One of the Ugly Bitch’s friend/co-worker saw and heard me ask for the Manager and knew that I was about to file a complaint. She told the Ugly Bitch the next day that I filed complaint against her. As told before girls look out for each other, and sure enough this was the first problem. She was definitely a bitch and sure enough a hailfire a Shots would be fired and I basically took a s~~~ in my own workplace and of course it would get even worse. From that day on I ignored the f~~~ out of every woman in the entire warehouse I never paid any attention to any of them.
Lesson Number one don’t s~~~ in your own workplace try to solve the problem first without involving Management or render yourself and Taddler and Snitch. Management doesn’t like a snitch because you will implicate the entire Management team and not only that but when you target one person in your workplace everyone will target you. This is dependent on the type of workplace and the job your doing if your workplace feeds on Gossip be sure that the women working with you will surely be gossiping about you and trying to get you in trouble or worse fired if you complain about it. Just ignore every word coming out of those mouths and you will be fine. All of it is a mind game and they want you to play ignoring it and moving forward is better than just sitting there in a hip of s~~~ and for better reasons all of the words are just lies all of it.
Lesson Number two taking care of your s~~~ behind closed doors can be a problem and gossiping can travel far and trust me it does. Shut your mouth when your at work stay far from contact with women if you can and if possible do what your told to do from any female supervisor your onboard with, because s~~~ flies very far in the real world and you don’t want that to happen if your stuck in a s~~~ty job with no way out and you will have to wait until December Peak season to get out of it, and find a new job. Trust me keep your mouth shut and don’t s~~~ where you eat. Be nice as possible and don’t let anger, rage and resentment feed into your job.
The Manager that got fired was there for almost 8 years. Never really took a lot of notice until she was fired after my resignation. Of course the situation would get only worse from there and it would not be a moment before a new Manager was hired. The Manager that was hired was an Ex-Marine drill Sergeant and of course that was gonna be hell, because all the women would come all the way down on me……… To be continued
