I am a somewhat of a semi-active member.
Circumstances have dictated that I am no longer employable, so I have had time to participate more in the last year.
However “seasons”, where my location is at the time, and the availability of my own computers dictate my ability and/or willingness to post.
I usually try to un-ass the city and go fishing/hunting/camping, and help friends and family on their acreages/farms as often as possible in order to assuage my extreme dislike, discomfort, disgust, and anger/rage of being (IMHO) imprisoned in a zoo of useless meat sacks I can’t stand having near me.

Unlike a majority of people, I do not use my “smartphone” for web surfing, posting, nor as an electronic life line that I can not live without.

Good reminder Bill. I agree it’s nigh on impossible to prevent tuna from joining.

Would an improvement to how quickly they’re busted help the situation? Tuna stinks, which makes it easy to spot here. What if we had a “report as tuna” button which the mods are instantly made aware of?

It could even be put to vote by the most established members. If they’re voted as tuna by >=75% of the jury, they’re booted.

Dead Accounts
Personally i would advocate to shut down all accounts that are inactive ‘(no new posts, PM´s, chats…) for more than 90 to 120 days – unless a private conversation is held between the Manber and KM to keep the thing running.

Consequence:
Yes that will burst the 25k+ Balloon.
But who cares. I rate it more important to be accurate and surrounded by Men rather than fake accounts that represent nothing – or females.
But that´s the same is it not.
