Now, you got the first two statements right, the last I never said I didn’t understand the attraction. Doesn’t appeal to me. Maybe because I am unhinged, if I had access to one, I may go on a spree. The major difference between what I could potentially do and others, is I would emulsify those that deserve to meet the man in black. LGBT activists, bullies, child molesters, factory workers, and wanks that adorn stupid headwear.

Apparently it’s people like you who ruined it for everyone else and why the gun laws are so strict over there. I’m not saying those people don’t deserve death, but it’s neither you nor I who can be in the position of judge and executioner.

Ha! Yeah, do you actually have news over there from other places around the world other than your zipcode. There were more murders in the London boroughs than New York earlier this year. Obviously a “brown” community problem, but obviously in this jelly-fish island you can’t tell the harsh truth. Mostly knife and acid attacks. Imagine if these pillars of society were legally allowed to purchase guns…..

Well of course, if the premise is there to harm…..knives are the most accessible tool over here. My point is, if guns were legal, there would be even more carnage. I can’t agree with your point, at least not from a U.S. standpoint where the places with the strictest gun laws have the most violence and killings, while the places with the most lax gun laws have far fewer occurrences of violence and murder.

You should obviously know where I stand on this issue. More guns isn’t going to mean more murder. You said it yourself. More murders in London than in New York and there are no guns in London, yet there are guns in New York. Obviously less guns means more death where more guns means less death.

Virtually all gun usage here, is due to crime ie robbery, drugs, or postcode feuds(gang related).It is largely blacks that use weapons, especially in inner cities, Manchester, London, Birmingham(no I don’t mean Alabama).
Very rare to see a senseless spree like you get in the states. I would fear that could/would happen here if gun laws were laxed. We have real f~~~ed up specimens here. The Australian know that. We sent half the f~~~ers over there!

People are f~~~ed up everywhere and killing always has been and always will be a part of life. All the gun laws will never stop it. I feel much safer knowing that all my friends always have guns on them and they feel the same with me. Can’t remember the last time someone was killed with a gun around here.

As I said above, people have been killing people ever since there were people. Masses of human beings wiped out long before the invention of gun powder and lead projectiles. I don’t understand the hysteria about guns. If you were to compare the amount of guns in the U.S. to the amount of deaths involving guns, I’m pretty sure you would see a very lopsided result. Most gun owners are safe, law abiding citizens who never have and more than likely never will use a gun to kill another person, unless it’s out of self defense.

It’s pretty stupid to focus on the weapon and not the person. Don’t you think it’d be better to turn the attention on the morality of people and why insanity is on the rise and what we could do to change those things? Murder, itself, is against the law. So many things are against the law, but people still break those laws. Gun laws are pretty much useless. They mostly take guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens, while the criminal will get guns no matter what.

Here is some background material for your gun poem Colin. I fear you may find it as difficult to write a poem about liking guns as I would to write a poem about homosexual love -I just lack the natural inspiration.

One big thing that a lot of people (even some shooters) here in the UK do not understand is that the word gun can genuinely go in the same sentence as the word fun. (Here the prevailing culture tends to think gun only either goes in the same sentence as crime or responsibility). Sure you need to be responsible with guns just like you do with cars, chainsaws or boats (a lot more men get killed by cars, saws and boats than they ever do by guns) but you can also just like them and have fun with them. (Yes it is really not irresponsible or illegal to go somewhere that you have permission, that has a safe backstop and where no one else will be and then just shoot fun stuff with your mates) One can tell jokes about guns. One can like guns for themselves and show them round your mates. One can have some fun with the boys shooting one day and one can also be a gun nerd meticulously working up a load or working on his inner shooting position the next.

Also please don’t rhyme “new Glock” with “small c~~~” or anything else similar. We are not all necessarily deficient as men just because we think guns improve life.
