Under the acronym MGTOW is forming a rapidly growing group of men who radically withdraw from dealing with women. What are the reasons and what are the consequences, especially for Catholics?

The essential social line of conflict in Europe today is neither between classes nor nations nor ethnicities, and not even between religions – it runs between man and woman.

Here the future of Europe is destroyed or fought for. This most political place of the present is at the same time the most unpolitical: for a policy in the sense of raising opposing interests in a higher, better way simply does not take place. There is only one position in this place: that of the woman.

The woman and the political and metaphysical implications of her sex have won. The rest is clearing the battlefield and here and there a little last butchery. The day belongs to the capitulators and the Fledders. How total victory is can be seen from the fact that the vanquished feel the victory as their own, as a good and necessary thing to which they gladly fit. They do not even know what happened to them. Napoleon’s strategy of conquering his opponent’s cannons and turning them over to them was not necessary: ​​they only had to convince their gunners that they themselves were the enemy, and then the work was done by itself.

The necessary, natural, God-given and indissoluble tension between man and woman has been ended, just as this period of basic time ends confrontations: not by repudiation, but by an academic-political-media decree. Of course, the tension is not gone, because its reason is ongoing – it seeks its way and it finds it.

Where women call in the midst of the general landslide of civilization which they have wrought and wanted, which they call progress, “But that leads a little too far!”, Men have only one choice: to slip and fall asleep – or get off.

The process of getting out has since about 2015 a name: MGTOW, speak migtau, the acronym for “men going their own way”.

From the desperate decades-long struggle of men’s rights ac- tivities (MRAs) for the recognition of at least the simplest forms of social decency for men, the recognition of the total uselessness of these efforts resulted. The basic assumption of the MRA that the emancipation of women is a rational, reasonably accessible process whose fault can be pointed out and corrected was so obviously wrong that men began to systematize their concrete experiences and an evidence-based, functionalist collection of generalizations they call “red pill philosophy” (RPP).

If you expect a philosophy of German Façon, you will be disappointed. It is rather a broad and unsystematic collection of lessons, episodes and facts on the behavior of women and men in modern society. The RPP has nothing to do with the theorizing of misogynists like Schopenhauer or Weininger, but it is a formulated reality for men in the 21st century, enabling them to understand and shape themselves and their situation without any intermediate step.

For the most frightening thing for any man, after he has swallowed the “red pill”, is the speechlessness of his situation: the cold astonishment at how much unsaid remains in this perennially time-wasting time, as long as it concerns only the man; how much every word of this culture is a silence on the lot and position of men, how this time robs men of their first ability to even see what they are and where they stand. MGTOW is the end of this speechlessness.

And that Speech is not nice. It is not pleasing, not cultivated, not balancing. It’s vulgar, angry, ruthless. What should one expect? The man is the slaughter-cattle of the modern age, and when he sees his chains, he grunts, and to laugh at that is the privilege of the female slaughterhouse owners. The MGTOW men talk about “sluts” and worse, and you should not love that – but should you blame it? At a time when there is no word that would be too brutal and too vulgar, if only against men? That’s what the “men are pigs” women want – and whether they said it, laughed at it or did not at least vehemently disagree with it (and did not argue) – so what? I think it would be better if they did not do it.

The modern man does not realize his own existence, but that of his wife.

The state, society and media have radically sided with one side. Every man’s crime is considered a reproach against the whole sex – no woman can do anything that speaks against “the woman”, that would be sexism and may be justiciable. That men and women are equal in the world of work is a dogma – that more than 90% of all serious and fatal accidents at work strike men is not mentioned further. In Germany, around 8,000 men kill each year – that’s 80% of suicides. Many of them are after divorce and separation from the children – this is not the topic, instead passive smoking, pay gap and particulate matter. Every obvious blunder is a publicly celebrated triumph when it benefits women.

All social instruments – state, parties, research, media, families – that had long had to counteract here, have failed and will continue to fail. And there are very solid reasons to assume that this is not just a “too late” situation, but that this failure is a symptom of a much deeper decline.

MGTOW makes neither social nor political demands. MGTOW does not require women to change their behavior, on the contrary: their behavior is seen as part of a necessary and unstoppable process that one can not design, one can only elude. MGTOW’s analyzes go far beyond what feminism or men’s lawyers do. Without ever claiming to be consistent, MGTOW men decipher more social and individual contexts more meaningfully than any other contemporary political theory. MGTOW works. It is thus twofold, once the clarifying and systematizing conversation between men in a new own communication space, which itself could be called MGTOW, and the resulting individual attitude. Most MGTOW already have this attitude before they encounter MGTOW – that’s why the group is growing so fast. Men do not have to be “convinced” by MGTOW – they have already had the experience and understand it better by participating in MGTOW. Therefore MGTOW is not a movement: MGTOW does not try to influence society by massaging “members”.

In Japan, millions of men live as “herbivores” who refuse any dealings with women, most of whom are highly successful in their professional lives. In the US, about 500,000 men now define themselves as MGTOW. How big the group is in Germany, it is difficult to say, because the MGTOW language is English, the number of German MGTOW are about 50,000, if you look at the click behavior on MGTOW channels. However, it is not the absolute numbers that are important, but their development: and that is breathtakingly fast.

Since MGTOW has no teaching, there are no “stages” of development. The process described by MGTOW usually begins with the swallowing of the “red pill” of working with the RPP. Above all, the men recognize two things here: that their individual observations are generalizable and that they are not temporary problems, but fundamental and insoluble in the present constellation.

This results in a phase of anger and depression in which many MGTOWs get stuck and embitter. These are the “purples”, who usually appear strongly misogynistic and critical of feminism, in the hope that somewhere there would have to be a change possible. Many of the “purples” are more prone to male rights activists but do not share their optimism. They usually spin in a circle for a long time.

So far, the “pump and dump” group has been by far the largest MGTOW group. It’s getting smaller since #metoo. The MGTOW men in this group use the RPP. Often they leave toxic relationships and focus on “self-realization”, i.e. On education and work and career, many start a completely new life and change physically and mentally strong. This group continues to deal with women, albeit to a very limited extent, but above all uses women to satisfy their sexuality. These MGTOW men sleep with women, but increasingly lose their relationships. The “pump and dump” group is to be distinguished from the so-called pick-up artists, who are only inverted male prostitutes from MGTOW’s point of view. Because women “doxing” men who profess frankly to MGTOW, i.e. publicly exposing and prosecuting, almost all MGTOW anonymously. As MGTOW become more attractive to women through their self-realization and apparent reluctance, there are a plethora of delicious reports from men about how women behave when their “normal” advertising processes no longer work.

Nevertheless, this group is in serious danger, since at the latest since #metoo every male behavior can be interpreted as rape or sexual coercion and is punished massively to total social annihilation. Since MGTOW constantly reflects these changes openly, the men react accordingly quickly and purposefully.

The fastest growing is the “going monk” group. These men no longer engage in sexual relations with women and increasingly avoid any social interaction with them. Part of it is radicalizing around the “NoFap” group, which does not originally belong to MGTOW, and also avoids pornography and masturbation. My personal estimate is that currently about 1/3 of the MGTOW is in this group and that the proportion will double within one year. The future of MGTOW will be decided in this group. These men are the most productive and consistent in terms of RPP development. As the monks group will behave after the introduction of the so-called “FemBots” called gynoids, which is expected for the coming 10 to 20 years, one will have to wait.

Finally, there is the small group of “ghosts”. These are MGTOW men who go “off grid”. They are convinced that the decline in the relationship between the sexes is only an expression of a profound systemic crisis. These men go their own way. Of course, little can be said about them because they no longer participate in normal MGTOW communication. They are often found in the field of Alt Tech.

The reaction of the public, the feminists and the men’s rights activists on MGTOW is the same: MGTOW men are “gay”, have “little dicks”, are “disturbed”, are “selfish”, are “cowardly” and should just look like men behavior. Of course, the MGTOW men are all fatigued, unsuccessful in life, have not gotten hold of and live with Mama in the basement. Of course, MGTOW men do not deliver personnel papers at MGTOW headquarters that could be checked – but it quickly becomes clear to the observer that the proportion of successful men in this area is surprisingly high.

Above all, MGTOW is an oral process. Written – apart from sometimes very detailed comments and individual reddit forums – is little. There are hardly any newsletters, pamphlets or manifestos. The MGTOW men communicate through podcasts and YouTube movies through Skype discussion boards that are recorded and shared. It is a widely branched medial system of corresponding tubes – MGTOW men also speak of “going down the rabbit hole”. And indeed, it’s really a fun trip that takes you to the most unlikely places and finds the most incredible conversations. It is often young MGTOW, the much older men, mostly after divorces back on the “partnership market” on the road and completely horrified to enlighten their situation. White and black Suprematists can be heard speaking peacefully about the behavior of women in their communities. Various basic philosophical attitudes are tested at a surprisingly high level with regard to MGTOW. Many of the Americans are libertarians, and turning away from the state is much easier. They are not dominant.

To get an overview, you have to listen to hundreds of hours of podcasts. Where do the men take the time for? Guess! It is quite amazing how much freedom men suddenly have when they no longer spend their time on women.

But perhaps this process is simply not relevant to Catholics? Do not we have a clear dogmatism regarding the relationship between men and women? Are not Catholic women immune to the temptations of the feminist world?

Above all, Catholic women in the modern age are first and foremost modern women and behave by no means differently than non-Catholic women. Above all, Catholic men are largely left by their church and their communities in the choice of their partners: the question of the virtue of a woman with whom a man living his faith is to spend his entire life is a taboo. Whoever sets them is a first-degree thrower, which, in addition to the Pharisee and the sexist, is the worst thing a Catholic man can be today. The devil himself would be respected in the Church today if he understood women, empowering them and expressing them “without prejudice,” where “prejudiced” means the prejudice that is acceptable to women, while “prejudicial” is that judgment, that is not acceptable to them. Illegitimate pregnant Catholics experience exactly the same preferential treatment as Heidinnen (female pagan) do, a priesthood socialized in the circle of priests beckons with anxiety and an army of unmarried parish clerks explains them to secular saints to whom every Catholic man has to sacrifice his fortune – because that is exactly what these women think is his luck.

In the sign of “women’s uprising” and highly promiscuous women, who procure via “McConfession” and drive-through Catholicism for her case, the Catholic icing as a sign of distinction, no man can “trust”.

But it is true that Catholic MGTOW men have a different perspective than others: they have a millennia-old tradition of inner-worldly chastity that they can overreach. You do not have to fall for the sentimental nonsense of “white knighting” to have a historically proven notion of chivalry. And they can confidently entrust their fate to their Lord, in whose hand they are more secure than even the ward officers in those of their tax-subsidized diocese.

Of course, the public, who firmly believes that we live in a patriarchy, that predominantly women are victims of this society and that there is a pay gap of 20%, a policy that does this for itself, a research that confirms this and a media world that would suddenly lose the few turnovers that it still makes, would they portray MGTOW as unscientific, selfish, and perversion. MGTOW is none of this: that’s just the core of MGTOW. Any man who in the present situation trusts his prejudices, strengthened by experience, proves a healthy instinct. This could be the surest guide to his recovery as a Catholic and a man.

I have used this simple statement to create stuttering and stammering in about a half dozen women since I first read it here. I have not gotten even one straight answer from a woman to that simple choice.

They will NEVER stop trying to shame men into obedience. There are many reasons why, but to name a few (not in order of importance):
1.Shame certainly works on women (who need external hive-validation for their identity and existence), and shame has proven to work even on strong men (when they were little boys), and still works on boys, and on young/ignorant/less clever/weak men.
No matter strong men’s refusal to kiss the ring of shame, a whole generation of men have been shamed into giving women power without responsibility. And now, even strong men get accused and shamed out of their job, and whoever does not believe and bow will be shamed as well! So, shame gets rewarded with literal money! More money to certain organizations, or are you a complicit hater, tired of your job? Just pay me, so we don’t have to go to court.

2.Ordinary man-ipulation. Example of relationsh*t convo by a waman:

Now, since I’m a pretty, innocent, neotenous little waman, in desperate need of male protection, you want me to feel more empowered, don’t you? 3.It’s an old s~~~ test. Female biology is obsessed with obtaining dna from the strongest, best man. The strongest, healthiest, most aggressive men, who were accepted by other men as leaders (so they were also capable-intelligent, and usually charismatic = handsome), have always had the most offspring, and most wives, for as long as we have been humans. Of all men who have ever lived, only 40% have had offspring, compared to 80% of all women. A woman’s biology will always happily choose to share a man if it means she’ll get to have his champion-dna babies over having 1 man for herself who has inferior dna. So, fast forward to today. When a woman sees a man who seems to have champion dna, she will instinctively test him with an attack. “You’re just afraid blablalba…”
Waman-speak translation: “Please excite me! Reassure my biology that you dna is not inferior! Light my fire by showing me your potential aggression! Make me FEEL afraid, without actually hurting me! And then, GIVE me your dna! I want your baby now!”
If he’s weak, of gives in in any way, she will hear: “Yes, my dna IS inferior. Luckily you tested me, for you wouldn’t want to have a baby with me.” But if he keeps his dignity, and male strength, then her biology will take over. But even if she marries him and has multiple kids with him, she will never be satisfied, for her biology will forever need reassurance that she’s made the right choice with him and that his dna still hasn’t become inferior, and at the same time, his anger and potential aggression will never cease to excite her in that special way.

4.I see clear panic. Please, o please make men STOP thinking, for our strength comes from men not thinking! And if we can’t stop those men, AT LEAST shame them out of the public eye, so they don’t spread their hatred (read: save lives, and spread tales of hope, freedom, dignity, justice, contentment, self-fulfillment,…)!

5.How about some spite? Wiminz have been raised to parrot and internalize devilish femstappo lies as the Holy Truth. Femininity is only acceptable for men, and masculinity is only acceptable for women. Good women must do and like what men do and like. That way women will gain power over men. Like little children they think they can just imitate male behavior to become as strong as men. And whatever goes on inside of men they can just ignore or even make up. Biology is just a social patriarchic structure. But they’ll never be men. At most they’ll reach the level of 3rd or 4th rate men. And like monkeys in itchy suits, they are forever failing to be at peace roleplaying as men. And here’s where the spite comes in: If they can’t be happy, no one can! If they can’t get men to clean up their mess, they’ll try to shame them so they’ll find some peace knowing they made them feel bad at least. It is society’s obligation to make them happy, or else suffer for its failure. If they must go down, they will take society with them.

6.There is also fear, because they might not always know it consciously, but they all FEEL confused, for they’re unhappy, but they’ve only made choices that were promised would make them happy, so something is not right, but what?:
a.Fear of having no escape from the consequences of choosing to play the strong and independent carousel-rider fairy tale game for as long as possible and ending up having to work all the way up to retirement-age.
b.Fear of working for and being a mother to a family of cats that will be eager to eat her face when she dies.
c.Existential fear of not being coveted by all men, who are supposed to be sex-crazed, emotionless pigs: who am I and what power do I have, and will I end up as an evolutionary childless loser if men don’t want me? And how will other women respect me if I have no personal man-worker at home? And why don’t men want to stay? What’s going on? It surely can’t be me, can it? No!
d.Fear of thinking, hearing or reading ANYTHING that might upset her emotional state at the moment. A woman’s reality is what she FEELS AT THE MOMENT. So don’t be aggressively attacking her reality. You wouldn’t want your physical reality constantly changing, would you? Feeling good is the no1 priority, and much more important than those useless, abstract things like the search for truth, knowledge, freedom, etc. So all information she receives MUST first go through the filter of FEELING GOOD, to even have a chance of being heard, let alone believed. Keep YOUR truth to yourself and let her have HER truth, in peace, unless of course you’re sure your truth will make her feel good instantly, and not some abstract future: no feelings now = no meaning now and forever.
Seriously, guys, I don’t understand how wimins do it: how can you live if your reality IS what you feel at the moment?? That’s like having the laws of physics change unpredictably. How can you build anything? How can you value anything? I’ve heard this convo soo many times: W1: What do you feel is the right choice? A or B? W2: Well, you should do what feels right to you. You deserve happiness. You come first. And whoever truly loves you, would want you to be happy.
Wimins must have a decreased consciousness, self-awareness and mental capability for abstract thinking, just to be able to live with a constant emotional chaos. Seems like hell to me.
e.Fear of being exposed. Deep down they know they aren’t really capable of being consistently productive like a man at work. They know they’ve faked it until others believed it. Even those few exceptional women who are mentally capable of doing an intellectual man’s job, know, and FEEL it’s only a matter of when, not if they will collapse. They cannot keep ignoring the building pressure and increasing certainty that they are biologically not capable of handling stress year after year like any ordinary man. So as soon as their job starts to FEEL increasingly demanding responsibility as if they were a man, they will always look for a way out: taking more sick leaves, or trying to get the pressuring co-worker/manager fired, or rope a man-mule in, or if all else fails, just get pregnant asap, just to save themselves some headaches. Just give them the respect and pay of a man, but without the headaches of responsibility, out of courtesy and chivalry!

7.And there’s also the good old projection. This one is endless, but just a few examples:
a.Men must have a need for external validation from the male-hive to help them think etc. just like we have our female-hive. So, with enough correct information being spread and fake info being banned, we can easily change what men think and do: they will be assimilated.
b.We women are attracted to a man’s money: the more money, the more honeys he can get. So, the higher my degree and earning potential, the more men I’ll be able to choose from. Yeah. That feels about right. Just a matter of choosing the right applicant male now. I know many men are fantasizing about me, so if they aren’t approaching me, in spite of their attraction to me, well, can’t be anything else but fear.
c.We are instinctively afraid of men’s potential aggression, even if this is based on some biological truths that we’ll conveniently choose to ignore, so men must also have an innate fear of women, maybe from having a strong mother, blablabla. That’s the only plausible, acceptable explanation for men becoming increasingly commitment-phobe.
d.Men are a bunch of immoral beasts, who only care about themselves. They learn abstract values from dictionaries without actually understanding them of living them. For instance they’ll apply for jobs with responsibility over others, but that’s just so can boss others around to feel good about themselves at the moment, just like we do. Or they’ll say they love you, just to get what they want. Meaning we cannot trust anything men say, so we must explain their behavior ourselves. Not married = loser or Peter Pan or coward.
e.We must constantly feel loved and validated by others, we have a very strong urge to have a baby at least once in our lifetime and we want to have as much company and attention as possible so we don’t feel lonely, we don’t lose our mind, and we’ll feel some kind of contentment, even if temporary. Men must be the same inside, so since we know what they want, we can threaten to take those things away, so they’ll behave out of fear, just like we do all the time.
f.In general they think men are simply women with a male body. So, anything women do to men is justified, because men would do the same thing back or worse, if they thought they could get away with it. If a man doesn’t retaliate fire with fire, it is only because he’s too weak and cowardly to act. He’s only stopped by his lack of courage, for values and morals are just myths, as is known by us wise wimins. “You’re gay!” No answer? “Wow! I was spot on! He’s really gay everybody!”

8.Last but not least, let’s not forget the DRAMA! “You’re just afraid of strong women, responsibility!” When a women test-pokes you, it doesn’t really matter if you fail or pass the s~~~ test. Since you are just like a wamen on the inside, the whole idea is to get you into an emotional state, so you’ll stop thinking and blur out the hidden information they are trying to elicit from you. Like a starving vampire, she’s just waiting to pounce on any kind of emotion you let out to gorge on it. The more anger you show, the more she’ll feel alive, the more she’ll get convinced of having uncovered a secret of you, of having power over you and the best part is, the more attention and time she can siphon from you for free, the more she’ll feel exalted and deserving of better company than the time-whore dog you become in her eyes. And if she’s really good, she’ll get you to lower yourself to start arguing with her, just like one of her girlfriends. And when in her world, you have already lost. You win the argument, you’re guilty of making her feel bad, and she will get revenge on you, even if you forget about the argument. You lose the argument, she’ll ridicule you non-stop. Why waste your time, gentlemen? I think the best reply to such an overt attack on your inner peace is, indifference. Just turn your pockets inside out and tell her you simply have no more f~~~s to give, then just crack one open and go watch yourself some space ghost! Yep!

I have quickly skimmed it. Are you sure this was not written by one of our own as a parody?

Women are sharp and subtle. Either the woman who wrote this is an abnormal woman or a guy wrote it for a laugh. I could do better and I am no writer.

Still I really hope a woman did write it as if it is credible then it shows clearly that we have been shouting the truth about how they abuse all white knights and that chivalry must end as women no longer deserve it.

This is why I facetiously say I’m thankful for feminism – because it freed men. It made sex easy to get outside of marriage, demolishing sexual access as a reason to marry. It removed the obligation to support and defend women. Nobody expects men to do s~~~ for a woman anymore except women who want their equality and chivalry at the same time, and news flash – you don’t get both. They wanted equality, they got it. And that’s gonna work for us better than it will for them. Watch them allow themselves to be used and call it empowerment, until the c~~~ carousel lets them off to go home to their cats.

Some do it out of some code of honor, chivalry of a sort, but I think most are just insecure and lack confidence. They’ve never made decisions on their own, for themselves. The whole HeForShe campaign was a ruse to get easily led men to rally behind women and prop them up in society under the guise of male chivalry. You can’t have it both ways. If women want to be equal they should be fully capable of competing with men on an equal playing ground.

I can relate to the obligation to one’s own honor and doing what you said you’d do. That has nothing to do with her. But being that she feels strongly enough about her feminist views to be in a public march, and you feel strongly enough about your views to be a long standing member of this site, I’d say there are already two of the ingredients necessary for this to be a very explosive recipe. I will reiterate the advice above that you remember to hit record on your phone before you walk in and sit down at the table.

No matter what happens on the date, having a recording of the entire conversation will give you a sense of security that almost nothing else will.

If I could, I would like to make a request: ask her on the date if given the choice, would she choose chivalry, or equality. If she says chivalry, ask next what the hell she was doing at an equality march. And if she says equality, ask why she isn’t picking up her half of the dinner tab? I learned that question here and have asked that question of many different women.

I have never once gotten a straight answer. I am curious to what her’s will be…

Because due chivalry the system grants much more welfare to women than to men.

In Norway men requested quotas in some faculties and in education: women opposed it, on the grounds that it’s against meritocracy.
In Italy feminists opposed public housing for separated fathers, saying welfare it’s a waste.
In Canada the only men’s shelter wasn’t receiving public funds (that all women’s shelters get) due feminist opposition (saying, again, it would be a waste of public money) and it fianlly closed due lack of funds.
