Ohio, and yes. Any rural area you will find better real estate prices, I believe that is the same across the US.

A 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 1400 sqft house in Ohio can go for $50,000. Closer to the city, the same house will go for $350,000+. City living costs too much.

Well I have a map here, as you can see, if you can find the Triangulum Galaxy and Andromeda Galaxy, it will be easier to locate the tiny speck in the Milky Way.
