Always interested to hear what my fellow MGTOW do in their spare time in the absence of a nagging wife or girlfriend. From someone that spent his 20’s being dragged around shopping, attending c~~~y events she arranged or generally being nagged at.

I took Friday off work so I was at home to receive some delivery’s for a side business I’m working on.

Friday night I went to another town to have a few drinks with an old pal.

Today shopped for a few essentials with my headphones in. Mooched around and checked out some decent Gadgets,then came home and had a nap for an hour. Had a look at the football scores and now poured myself a brandy.

Life’s not too shabby.

Very content right now and hats off to you my brothers.

I’m always pretty busy on weekends doing preps for my classes. Yeah, teachers work harder than most people during the school year, but then we get two whole months off in the summer…haha. I still make time to exercise and read (wading through the Histories of Herodotus right now). Also, season 9 of Diablo 3 is ending soon, so I gotta run some rifts to get that stash tab reward…

Been working on another Marlin/Glenfield Mdl 60. I’m re-finishing the stock, re-painting the upper receiver shell, and I had to repair some inner workings since the previous owner took it apart and failed to put it back together correctly! (Put the lifter spring in backwards) so had to disassembly and re-do then the spring won’t fit and had to cut a detent groove into the frame to let the spring fit flush—what a lot of work but I enjoy it.

After catching up on sleep, I decided that as spring is nearly here, the salt is off the road, so today I cleaned the black oily mess from my 1971 BSA motorcycle daily rider to reveal a lovely shiny motorcycle underneath.
Afterwards I watched a film from 1944 and reminisced on what a lovely country England used to be before the traitors ruined it.

Camped out overnight in a cow pasture near some rapids .. across field from neighbor’s
.. today, working to repair blacktop on my driveway that was damaged by plow truck over winter (I’m temporarily just covering broken areas to protect the underlayment from washing away during spring thaw and rains) and then I will do permanent patch during hot weather. I’m trying the newer pothole patch made from recycled tires along with regular cold patch and tar .. it gives it a more flexible finish which is nice but it also costs twice as much as regular cold patch pothole repair material. I figure I’ll try a couple of bags to see if it stands up better than regular fill. Regular pothole patch lasts about two seasons .. we’ll see how the flexible stuff performs.
Tonight I’m finally getting the SSD installed in my Macbook along with the replacement of one rubber foot that detached from the notebook. I thought I’d do both at once since I have to take the back cover off for both jobs.
Later this evening I have a pot roast dinner planned, mashed potatoes, beef gravy, cole slaw and a bun with blue berry preserves. Desert.
