Why does Old Bill get into so many logic battles?
It’s a side effect of my various careers. I’ve been what’s best described as a drill sergeant, taught people how to operate nuclear reactors, conducted highly technical inspections and audits, and these days I actually get paid to tell people when they’re wrong.
For example, in another thread Rennie wrote that none of the female characters in Day of the Jackal were significant when actually one of them was the OAS mole keeping the plotters informed and another unwittingly helped the Jackal evade capture twice. Rennie was wrong, but there was no real reason to correct him. I just did it out of habit.
It’s something that is hard to turn off when you’re not on the clock.

I usually get to know people first and when it becomes apparent that they are red pill, you just have to ask normal questions like are they married? Kids? But I wouldn’t be too open about it.
Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

I haven’t been here very long. But I find it very disappointing how defeatist and elitist some of the aforementioned people come off as.
There is rhetoric, thrown around, such as not having to help blue pill men. Or not having to help spread MGTOW.
I find this very arrogant and self-serving. Especially since everyone here was blue pill at one time. One would think that this would engender a sense of service to our fellow men, to render aid. And not its opposite, which I am finding more and more, as time passes in this forum. Which is complete and utter indifference.
Overall, the majority, and by majority, I mean the older, American Idiot types, who have little capacity for empathy or personal evolution. They have somehow come to believe that their opinions and points of view are superior. They are not. They only think they they are.
This is the American Idiot. Who spouts off bulls~~~ ideas. Who is not able to evolve, or empathize. Only to judge and behave as an offensive asshole.
I have noticed a few such assholes here. Who are quick to put others down. Who are quick to point out that they do not want to help spread MGTOW to other fellow blue pillers.
This idea, that we are not to help our brothers, who are suffering and still fully asleep. While those here, have access to very privileged information. Is troubling to me.
It turns me off. Because my drive, is to help and educate people. To facilitate if possible, their recovery, or finding knowledge that can help in their recovery.
So I disagree with Old Bill. We are not lacking in experience. You seem to lack any sense of empathy or consideration for those who have not been so fortunate in finding these tools via MGTOW.
It is our duty, as those who have been awakened to help others.
Anyone who does not feel the need to help others, is selfish, should keep their narrow minded views to themselves, and step the f~~~ out of the way for those who do wish to help others find MGTOW.
That is what I think.
You want to horde this information. Having already benefited from the teachings? That is your choice. To be completely self-serving.
Others here, who have awakened, feel grateful, and want to help our fellow men, who are fast asleep.
If you do not feel this call to help, or do not have the capacity or give a s~~~ to render help. Then at least do not denigrate or interfere with those who do.
And to drive this point home, please remember, that yes, while this is a philosophy. To pretend it is not a movement, that it is not reaching people and having an impact. This is also narrow minded, and limits the amount of help we can give our fellow men.
You want to help. I commend you. You don’t want or are unable to help. Then just f~~~ right off, and let MGTOW evolve past this American Idiot phase, which I am seeing it clearly stuck in.

Not all Americans are Rednecks and s~~~ kickers. There are very intelligent and evolved Americans. To those of you, please know that my current message does not at all include you. Only to those, who think this is a “Good O’l Boys Club”.
This is the reason the majority of the world, from every corner of the world, hates American Idiots. Because they are dense, ignorant, and yet think themselves intelligent.
MGTOW is starting to see younger and more intelligent members. I hope in time, that those who think in only self-serving ways, will be replaced by those who do want to spread the news and knowledge to our brothers who are not as yet awake.
So no, I do not agree with hording this knowledge, and making no attempt to reach people. This is selfish and arrogant.
Our entire purpose in life, can be summed up by helping one another. This is doubly so with this area, as men out there are clueless. And if we as MGTOW follow the lead of the older members, who seem to me now, completely indifferent. Then how can we give help to others, when the prevailing mentality is that of the typical American Idiot?

You don’t want or feel the need to help others find these resources, kindly step the f~~~ back, and let the rest of us who do want to help in that capacity, try our best.
It’s f~~~ing sad, to find a place that is supposed to be MGTOW central. A place where there are illumined minds. I thought that is what I would find here. But instead, I have found the majority to be these American Idiot types. Which is not at all reflective of the global mindset.
I have the highest respect for my brothers in the US. Who are well informed, educated, and meant to help others. It is the rednecks and s~~~ kickers, who seem to think they run this place given the amount of stars they have. That chaps my whistle.

I’m sorry, but the prevailing attitude of the majority here, seems to be one, where the world can go and f~~~ itself. And that MGTOW is not about informing or helping others in any way. But rather, allowing those to come and find MGTOW.
And yet, I have seen how MGTOW members treat new members coming in. With very little respect and regard.
Phoenix was one of a few, who openly put a member down. I’ve seen you do it in other posts.
I do not see this as a constructive or kind way to treat people. New people, coming into this forum or philosophy.
Phoenix conveniently edited one of his posts. Which I was just going to quote, and point out for its many contradictions. He said, and I quote:

My issue wit this attitude he has, which intersects with the beliefs held by the majority of the older MGTOW’s. Mainly that we have no obligation to help the blue pill men. I firmly disagree, because it is completely arrogant and hypocritical.
Phoenix wrote that he would save 100 women, over 1000 blue pill men.
I would not save 1 female over 1000 blue pill men. As blue pill men can be helped. A woman, not so much. A woman will be a woman, regardless of any effort or time.
But Phoenix would put down the blue pill men. And would even let 1000 blue pill men die, and he would instead save 100 women.
Only a White Knight would sacrifice 1000 blue pill men, to save 100 women. That is the total opposite of what MGTOW teaches.
And you commended him on a post you made recently. Where you very indirectly hinted at the fact that for most new MGTOW’s, it is just a trend or a new phenomenon. Something that some people jump on board with, only to leave it for the next big cause.
This is a blanket term, which in a very covert way, insults all new members, because you once again are saying we are not MGTOW and will just float away. And as you said, “…won’t have to listen to ‘our advice’ for much longer.”
So you very covertly made an inference, which is an insult to all new MGTOW’s.
And you praised Phoenix. In that same article. And yet he was spouting off some very arrogant non-sense. One of the major points being, that MGTOW does not need to help other blue pillers. And that this is not a movement.
18,000+ people, is a very much a movement.
And when you have new members join, and you post what you did, implying the the majority will just jump on the next big fad. This is insulting. And you phrased things very nicely, but your meaning was very clear.
I take issue with the attitude that seems to prevail here. Americans, for the most part, especially the older guys, seem to think they are above it all.
I’ve worked for an American Company for 5 years. I dealt only with American clients. I had exposure to many people from all parts of the US.
I communicated with some amazing people, in the worst of places, and I met some of the worst people in the best of places. The US is a mixed bag.
I find it hypocritical and very self serving, when people who are here, have found their way to this very rare knowledge and information, then take and adopt an attitude of total indifference towards helping others find MGTOW. Or helping other blue pill men, who Phoenix went on to blame and put down.
Who was Phoenix before he found MGTOW and related information? Was he born with a Red Pill? Did he hit the ground running with regard to women?
If that was the case, why is he here in the MGTOW forum, which by definition means he was blue pill. Only to turn around, and finger blue pill guys as the problem.

My issue, is that when people come across life changing information, knowledge, and then adopt an elitist attitude, which looks down upon blue pill men. As Pheonix post clearly shows.
And then to hold the position that MGTOW in now way, should try to spread the word to others, who are asleep, suffering and getting f~~~ed by women and this system.
That to me, is a wrong attitude.
It is also naive not to call MGTOW a movement. It may not have a leader, or other political structures. But with 18000+ people. That is very much a movement.
In light of this, I would hope, that those here, would feel more inspired to help others, and spread the word.

But you cannot deny, that sitting on your hands, and not sharing what you have benefited from, is an Honorable thing.
There is no Honor in this at all.
Perhaps that is my biggest problem with this forum, and the majority of the members here. They do not seem to give a s~~~, in helping anyone.
Of course, this is every person’s right.
But it does not benefit anyone. And if the people who initially created MGTOW content, thought as you do, in that they don’t have to help others. How would you have found this material?
You, me and everyone here, have gained this knowledge and wisdom through the content produced by people who specifically felt called to help others who were asleep and f~~~ed in the blue pill world.
Now to take benefit from this, and not feel any obligation to give back. Or help others in any way.
This to me, while it is an individual choice, I do not disagree there.
But by taking this stance, and not helping others, there is no help given and hence no Honor in it.
Now if this is the kind of place that MGTOW is. Or at least, at present.
Then I would not want to involve myself to heavily with people who are only interested in helping themselves.
My interest lies in helping others. And always has.

I’m not running for office.
I am simply voicing my observations. Which if they were not accurate. You would not throw a tantrum, and try to shame me for pointing out something quite obvious.
I have the right to report on what I see. And call it for what it is.

A forum, which claims to “help” men. By not sharing with others, in that which have brought them some benefit

And how is this achieved in practice? By covertly putting down new members. And by openly putting others down.

There are good people here. But my main point, is that the prevailing attitude, is quite indifferent.
And that this world, is being f~~~ed, by this very level of indifference.

I’m disappointed, to find so many indifferent to helping others stuck in the blue pill world, to find this knowledge or to help them in any way.

This may have to do with the fact that if this was more visible. More accessible. I would have suffered less. And perhaps many others.
I see how valuable it is, and when I find a group of people who are not committed to helping others. Perhaps it just rubs me the wrong way.
But the guys who have responded, are essentially right. They are my views and my beliefs. I should not have imposed them on others here.
I apologize to Old Bill, to Binary Logic and anyone else that may have taken offense to my post. I guess I’m just angry. At the world. No one gives a s~~~ about men.

So much apathy. Perhaps I need time to gain a deeper insight into this whole mess we’re all a part of.
Sorry for the rant and for being a dick.
I wish someone did show me to MGTOW, 10 or 15 years ago. It would have helped me immeasurably. Which perhaps is why I feel so strongly, that this knowledge is to be shared with others. But this too, is my own outlook, and set of beliefs, which I should not have projected onto anyone here.

It is not an oxymoron.
As I said. The world does not give a s~~~ about men.
Women do not give a s~~~ about men.
Feminists and the corporations run society, team up, to f~~~ men.
Men go their own way. A noble effort. A correct response to the apathy of the world towards men.
And yet the one’s here who have awakened, feel no obligation to help their fellow men, who are still struggling and asleep?
So the MGTOW men, who know the truth. Are also giving up on blue pill men, by not making any efforts to reach out to them, or to spread or make MGTOW more visible?
This seems honorable to you?
I respect that each person has the right to their own choice. No one can be forced to care, or to help another. It is an individual choice. It is not like I do not understand this.
I do. But I also see that it is inherently an act of selfishness.
Just think on how your life would have been, had you found MGTOW related knowledge sooner, earlier in your life?
I am merely stating that in an apathetic world, more apathy is not the solution. Helping our fellow men, in some way. Trying to spread the word about MGTOW. This is far more noble, and contains integrity, rather than an attitude of to each his own. And who ever finds it great. Who ever does not, f~~~ them and let them suffer or die.
This is my point.
We can agree, or agree to disagree.
In an apathetic world, the answer can not lie in further apathy. 2 wrongs, do not make a right. And never will. Regardless of where we stand, or what we believe.
