Feminism is like sands and water whirling around us but never move us

Hah that’s a really great analogy. Sand + water == quicksand. Women are very much like quicksand, you don’t build a relationship on quicksand even if it looks like a tempting surface to build something on.

Agree with Gargamel. It works great for weeding out the TUNA. If you don’t really care then just don’t look at it, dude.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

I like it as is, and don’t understand why people who don’t, can’t simply ignore it.

There is value for members to see and gauge responses.

    It helps ID tuna.

Just to add my OPINION as a new member, I really don’t pay attention to it at all. For me it is similar to the Facebook “Like” system. It smacks of an appeal to popularity that womyn often use to try and get their bulls~~~ past you.

That being said, I don’t mind it being a part of the system at all if others find it useful. We all have our own ways to gain insight and value from the system.

Might make more sense if you add an extra zero to each of these numbers.

    10000, 20000, 50000 etc.

Anybody can get 5000+ within a year if they’re hell bent on it. Just look at how Mr. Gargamel accrued so many in such a short timespan.

Would like to see more of this..

The reason Gargamel accrued so many points is because he has posted well-thought out posts overall. Many of them are a delight to read, and I wish I had the same acuity as he has when writing. As for me, I was first reluctant to post as I didn’t want to “pollute” the thread with a basic one-line answer. I click the star on those posts I see deserving, as many of the posts reflects my own mind.

Because if someone particpates in this forum long enough to have few 1000 stars then he is probably someone with an accepted and productive attiude and not a troll.

I’m with that. If a person has accrued multiple upvotes over a long period of time, then presumably they’ve spent that span making such agreeable comments that they can obviously be trusted. A member who’s replied to posts regularly for, say, three years and only received about twenty or so upvotes throughout them could be more suspicious, because it likely means that they’ve spent a lot of their participation arguing. Not always, but you know what I mean.

Moreover, I think it’s cool that we’re able to give each other upvotes. So many guys on here cheer me up if I’m in a bad mood and make hilarious (not to mention accurate) comments that can literally make my day when I’ve just had a bad one. It’s nice to be able to show my appreciation by “liking” them. And it’s flattering when you get them yourselves. I still can’t believe that I’ve reached as many as I have, I wish that I could say thanks to everybody who’s ever given me one.

S~~~, I have made posts and responses that I knew were going to be crushed by those around me… and…I…kept…posting in a sea of people around me getting upvotes as I sat at zero. It doesn’t matter, just say what you like, it is not a game for points. And don’t post s~~~ with the intention of “scoring”. That is not what it is about.

Why not make an option to hide it?

    Another idea
One idea is that you should get a member ship upgrade for free as it shows that you are in good standing in the community.

I can’t really comment much on the subject because there is this unwritten law about forums that if a thread gets beyond page one then its obviously been concluded as to what the consensus is.

The upvote system is to a standard of currency in the posting economy. Think of it as if every time you press the upvote your giving a net worth of one dollar to a user.

Thanks for the feedback. But you all contribute to our and my learning process. Not being alone with my thoughts and experiences is just great. And whenever I have something figured out by say 40 percent, then you add the missing 60 percent.

I am just at the beginning of pouring out a container of knowledge about c~~~s and how to constructively avoid them in your life.

C~~~s are a viscous root kit that downloads all destructive viruses, remote tools and backdoors to a man’s brain.

And we need “advanced administration tools” to re-mediate our systems.

Wise men in history have written down the same findings and conclusions but they just used different words. This is one field in which I am totally uneducated.

But, I will surely write a red pill book that will get banned on the day of release. And then sell 3-digit millions of copies.

Then we hire a team and print them ourselves…

    When they time is right.

MGTOW needs to grow a litte bit more.

In July of 2018, this honey pot forum was sold out to an unidentified NPC sock puppet and troll organization. Most independent thinkers and writers migrated to other MGTOW forums as a result of the never-ending infighting and deliberate trouble starting caused by members who were given "carte blanche" by the admin to do whatever they want. Before my departure, I only left a few thousand cat pics here to comfort and ridicule the feminist owners who now run this place. Their background agenda is to make MGTOW look like a club of losers the public eye. And during the course of 2019, they actually managed to destroy almost all other MGTOW venues as well. Here is the truth about "theindependentman.org" aka "TIM" which was created as an extended workbench to further divide the community. When you register, they install a spyware Zombie cookie on your browser that does all kinds of things the user does not know of: http://www.filedropper.com/essay-on-the-removal-of-malware-cookies-used-by-tim

I agree, I’ve made posts at times when I sat there and really stirred the mental soup, like alphabet soup, I’d search for just the right sequence to spell out what I was thinking.

Thinking is how we build the jigsaw puzzle of facts and events thrown at us, like a baseball game, you know it’s a girl, a mangina, a White Knight, or whatever, just by how they throw the ball, and it’s not a soft ball wrapped in political correctness, nor is it a hard ball of compromise and political atonement, NO NO, You’re with the big boys now! We play the game of political baseball with a candlestick BOWLING BALL!

OUR GAME, OUR RULES, NO COMPROMISE! CATCH, THROW, OR F~~~ OFF AND DIE. There’s nothing like that feeling you get when you heave a f~~~ing bowling ball at a snot nose mental pussy! Great game to watch too!

    We should sell f~~~ing tickets!

    This place is AWESOME!

OK I have read what everyone wrote and here is a solution!

Why not make an option to hide it?

Terrific idea that pleases everyone. We will add an option to your profile “hide my star rating in the forums” with a checkbox / radio button…. if you have more than 5000. Then it will display something else – like black star or MGTOW symbol – for now.

When that is implemented, we can extend it to change the symbol based on the NON-visible number of +1s you have. Like a different color of MGTOW symbol. Like for each 1000 above that – up to a maximum.

Let me take care of the first part, test it and make it live.
This will allow any of you to hide it if you want — and you’re over 5000.

This is not a 5-minute thing, but we will make pop-up announcement when it’s in place.
Thank you as always for your requests.

font-awesome is suspiciously short on chess pieces but I am sure we’ll be entertained by people gnashing their teeth about ‘hand-lizard-o’ at 1000, ‘paw’ at 2000 and the awesome debate over ‘star-half’ ‘star-half-empty’ ‘star-half-full’ and ‘star-half-o’.

Anyone that complains just gets ‘shopping-basket’.

I still remember the look of horror on the business team’s faces when I replaced all their crappy ‘ux designer’ made jpg’s with a selection of font-icons after they said ‘just pick something’… they never said that to me again.

We have created our own font symbols. Like for the MGTOW symbol too. It will be added to the shortcodes at the same time. We can do the same for chess pieces.

    ‘star-half’ ‘star-half-empty’ ‘star-half-full’ and ‘star-half-o’.

Those would be a good idea BELOW 5000. Thank you for the thought.

I suggest a crown symbol for top tier.
