Watching people pick fights and self destruct their lives under the name of MGTOW is embarrassing and those people should be ashamed of themselves and their behavior.

Exactly why I never post anymore and rarely visit the site. The problem is the people who keep posting don’t see this as a problem and they drive other members away, which simply means they are in the majority and all we get is drama and whining about the silliest things.

I am getting to that point myself. As you and I have talked about it before, there’s no problem disagreeing with someone and discussing it maturely and intelligently, but when “men” descend into squabbling and name calling, the childishness becomes so much like female behavior.

The evil in women’s hearts leaves them no moral bounds as to inhibit them from descending to the lowest levels of darkness to acquire their self entitled desires.

Yes disagreement is the cornerstone of thoughtful debate but as a renaissance man and Catholic yourself do you not ascribe to the Latin:

“De mortuis nil nisi bonum”?

Moreover, I do not see a lot of debating of Hawking’s ideas here. He is a man, like him or not, who had a profound influence on physics and science as a whole in his lifetime. Why not debate the actual scientific ideas he represented.

One of those ideas, perhaps, is climate change, but I don’t see much of a substantive debate about that here, just a lot of name calling.

Thanks. I don’t mind having a conversation about hell and who goes there at all, or about climate science and global warming being bunk I just want a certain standard maintained. I am on the fence about climate change. I used to believe it was real but now I am not so sure.

Honoring the work and the mind-expanding knowledge he provided a world in chaos and confusion.

I know he was an atheist and I know he’s probably s~~~ting his pants right as I write this as he faces the God he blasphemed against but as a Christian I can forgive his lack of wisdom and still admire his contribution to science.

Thank you for your discernment, Romulus, and thanks to the guys on here who can separate a Man and his work with his beliefs and his lack of reverence for the Creator of the universes.

I believe our Lord and Savior can and will forgive him. I have to believe that or there will be NO ONE in the heavenly places but the angels all by themselves.
