It is not a movement yet, nor Philosophy, at this point in time it’s a reaction. A reaction to society, family court, feminisim etc. Men are resourceful, we are finding a way around the s~~~ that has been placed on our prescribed path in life. MGTOW men have stepped in this s~~~ long enough and have pulled out our machetes and forging a new path for themselves always mindful of the others who walk behind us warning them of the minefields that will be stepped on during the dark of night.

That was my starting point into understanding what the hell is going on. Yes, I to am getting there. The senior members are helping me. I one day hope to reach down to a new member with an open hand to pull a distressed man up just like they are currently doing for me. I feel it an obligation for me to at the least help one.

Thanks Market Watcher, You are one of the members I was talking about who is helping me out. If guys like you and many others do not reach down with an open hand to pull up guys like me it doesn’t matter if you call it a philosophy or a movement because whatever it is would be dead in the water from the get go.

I like what Machiavelli said: Its a kind of Epistemology, a way of knowing and understanding. It will never be a movement because a movement must have an objective. Since we value autonomy we would never gain a consensus concerning what the objective of the movement would be without sacrificing autonomy. An interesting topic…Very insightful…I dont think going our own way is a philosophy…For one we disagree on anything…Nor is it a movement…It just grew when our manhood has had enough of the s~~~ they put us through…So we say, f~~~ it…we are not playing anymore…Its an existential question but I believe we are just going back to being who we are, the free spirit of creativity and curiousity…
