The eternal MGTOW question.

Yes I know that as soon as anyone mentions “A Movement”, they get shouted down as this suggests MRA or even Feminism as comparable lifestyles.

For me, I’m split. As an individual I don’t expect to agree with all other MGTOW on on many issues. That is, my freedom of thought and action are number one priority for me.

However, I find that many other MGTOW hold the same, or very close, ideals as me, so we could identify as a group on some issues. We are obviously growing fast on the internet at least, and some ideas are making it into the MSM, admittedly to be criticised, but we are on the map and rising.

I expected this lose group of men who identify as MGTOW to be those who have lived long enough to have suffered at the hands of a biased society (mid 30’s age upwards), but what shocked me is the number of TGTOW who I see commenting on YouTube videos saying they’ve seen through female BS already and are gonna’ live free – at 15 years old?

While being a proud carrier of the NFG card in my daily life, I have to admit that I actually Do GAF about young men falling into the same trap as I did at their age. When I can I drop Red Pills and gauge the reaction. Some older guys in my past did the same for me but I wasn’t listening.

If I care about saving young men from slavery, and rejoice when I see young eyes opening to the Truth, doesn’t that make me more than just the holder of a Philosophy, but actually a covert operative in a new Movement?

If we were only concerned for ourselves then why would we post advice and help to the new members, and at the same time to the thousands of unsure Lurkers looking for answers?

Yes I know we just walk away and don’t protest publicly, but the very act of walking away is a protest in itself. And lets face it guys, when we see the results trickling through of “Where are all the Good Men” or “Marriage at an all time Low”, in news topics, don’t we just have a self satisfied smile when we read?

Surely every Movement started out as a Philosophy?

By doing nothing are we actually doing more than the MRAs?

It’s a philosophy.

A movement has people, money and power behind it. If we could get some MGTOW into positions of authority, then that would be a different story. As it stands now, we’re a bunch of guys with similar stories who help each other to be the best. We’re really a self-help group.

I say neither…..I think of one word…mindfulness…the human mind makes too many interpretations and piles on layers and layers of definitions….we need to let go. We are not our thoughts nor the definition of a five letter word called MGTOW.

Basically deeper than the definition of philosophy: knowledge, reality, and existence…we need to be mindful not to chase after the answers to the universe. It will drive us mad, since we are chasing after infinity. These “answers” are non existent and are just illusions concocted in our psyche.

A movement sounds limiting, it moves so far then stops.

I think of MGTOW as more of a philosophical revolution, it doesn’t and won’t stop it just keeps rolling along.

There is NO wisdom in signing a contract with someone who benefits from breaking it.

Sometimes it appears as a movement such as a bowel movement we have s~~~ out that which we do not believe.

On the other hand it is a total philosophy. Some don’t like the stoics but I tend to disagree. This is neither a movement nor is it a philosophy it is simply a group of men meeting on Common Ground. I believe everything after that is simply conjecture and a matter of one’s own choice after all this is men going their own way.

The first step in mgtow in my opinion is disengaging from the enemy and further not taking the enema.

does not depend on a government, does not have a set of goals to meet or contracts to get signed.
no leadership, no structure.

what do we do here?
meet up with others that think alike, have a beer and discuss the crap that comes into our minds.

But if it’s a Philosophy alone, then why do we care about how many Men are adopting the same Philosophy?

Do we want to spread this Philosophy? or don’t we GAF? I often see posts that celbrate the rising numbers of members, or the rising interests in Google searches. This leads me to beleive we want this thing to grow. And if that’s the case it starts feeling very much like a……………………………………………………………………………………… Movement?

In my view, I do not celebrate the numbers or quantities of MGTOW “members”. I celebrate the fact that one more man is heading down the path of mindfulness.

Even if the word “MGTOW” did not exist, hence this website, I would still be mindfull in every aspect of my life.

As with spreading, mindfulness cannot be spread. We can show men the alternatives to life,i.e. outside the matrix, but they HAVE to venture all ALONE and tailor their on path. No amount of jargon or fancy words is enough to convince men to go their own way. Words have no power at all.

At the end of the day, when we leave the matrix…there is nothing left behind…no one following us nor we are following someone else. Think of a group of particles scattering into space, every single particle will have a different path.

I am honored to save more and more men, but I do not force feed my way of life (i.e. meditation/mindfulness onto others). I am more than happy to share this with ANYONE and everyone, if they want to discuss it.
