The only way I see her having a gripe is if the smoke is blowing in the house or something, at which point she can politely mention it to you. But if she’s a random neighbor, she can go f~~~ herself. As a cigar smoker myself, I know it’s tough with the smoke. It doesn’t take much cigar smoke to be an irritant to non-cigar smokers and that smoke can travel.
