Thanks Greg, don’t mess with Pistol Pete kids
"what a waste of a life, to marry, give up your freedom, just for the hope of not dying alone. Don't get married Son."
Frankly, it’s best not to shoot. Pete made his point. They will not return.
i would normally agree with you C-Pig but most of the Sheriff Department staff know and like Pete, plus they know that he is a gunsmith.
If you lack the common sense to seek much easier targets, you deserve what you get. Plus, Pete works on firearms from around the county. Got to help thy neighbor whenever possible.

Kids, adults, rabid raccoons, space aliens, all should beware. Especially after the sun starts going down.
He does not easily suffer fools.

Anonymous11All I know is that criminals are cowards. I live in an area where law enforcement enjoys seeing homeowners send criminals to join the crowd invisible too.
What does “Pistol Pete” choose? A shotgun which is a great choice.
A battle won w/o firing a shot is the ultimate victory to paraphrase Sun Tzu.
That being said, I will pull the trigger with zero remorse. I will shoot to kill.
Thank you for the update! Good news to hear he is okay and deterred the idiots so well.
You are quite welcome Uly.
Wonder what fun he will get into tonight. Almost wish we had the PustolPete post hurricane channel to watch… notice I said almost.

Pete.
Absolutely Jan, Pete has always done so and continues to survive no matter what is thrown against him.
He’s also too damn stubborn to do otherwise!
I think it’s the case of both Heaven and Hell being afraid; one wonders what Pete will do when he arrives while the other is afraid as they know exactly what he will do. Either way it would be a Change In Leadership.

So glad to hear! He leads by example again..
Looking forward to the next Pistol Pete Zoom…
He absolutely does so and is looking forward to hearing from the regular Zoom video conference sessions soon.
Thanks for the update Greg, I’m glad to here that Pete is well. Looking forward to his return.
My pleasure and he will be back quicker than you think. Hard to imagine being without power for seven days.

Hang in their C-Pig and start working on your replies when Pete starts talking B.S. about swimming uphill while have 30′ alligators biting him on the butt the entire time

And that’s the reason why we have firearms for protection, remove the household threats and ensure personal safety.

Pete is the LAST guy I would be worried about. He will always be the last man standing.

I will. I want to hear about those 30 foot Florida gators. Actually 18′, is about as long as they get. An 8 footer can take you too.
Pete does not realize, but I live in gator country too.

Yep, PistolPete, Tower, Blade and a few others are genetic throwbacks that are certainly too tough to discard easily.

You know how Pete “occasionally likes” to hear himself talk and by the time we next have him in a Zoom Video session the gators will be 46 feet long, and growing!

Anonymous42Florida: America’s sandbar!

Anonymous11So how should I dispose of any looter bodies?
Gators or crabs? I say use both!

I guess if fire’s not an option that’ll do. Just make sure you wrap them in chain link fence to keep the bones from surfacing. That’s why I like fire!
My best to Pete!
It is very devastating, especially in areas with minimal cover or concealment.[/quote
If I’m not mistaken, Greg, that’s what they used to call a “trench sweeper” load. Very effective and Kaiser Bill’s boys were still complaining years afterward.
I do know something like that is part of current CQB tactics too. I’ll thank whatever god you like I was never involved in that particular bit of nastiness.
Those idiots don’t know how extremely lucky they were. Once you decide to go in a situation like that you keep going until A) they’re all down or B) you’re empty. The cadaver team would have to use mops.
Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.
PistolPete’s phone came back on line 45 minutes ago and he is doing great.
Power should be restored by Saturday but his generator and solar panel are providing plenty of power. He will need to get more gas tomorrow but the stations have plenty of gas, those that have power of course.
A few trees came down but no damage to the house, decks or cars.
He wanted me to give a big shout out to Greg Honda for fixing Pete’s generator during Honda’s visit. Pete says that you are F**KING AWESOME!
While he has a backup propane stove, cooking off the generator just makes it much easier.
Fair warning, Pete is going to be posting lots of threads about prepping and surviving for everyone who were whining, criticizing and complaining.
He sends his best to everyone, especially everyone who actually suffered damage.
He did have a truck load of boys come by last night looking to loot some gasoline.
As Pete says, “The four asses pulled into the driveway with their truck lights on, I was on the back porch with my Shotgun about to shutdown the generator and cut through the house to meet them. I did not say anything, they did not say anything, but when they saw my flashlight and shotgun, all got back in the truck and drove the f*ck off very quickly.
FYI, Pete uses combat loaded: Dbl 00 buck, slug, #4 shot… two rounds each alternated.
You realty really want to avoid this saying hi to you.
He will not be posting his “Friday Night Music” but hopes to be online Saturday.
His prepping has him living like a King, in a very small country, but a King regardless.
Will send another update tomorrow.
Nice to hear that he’s doing ok.
And yep, I’m looking forward to hearing his suggestions when he’s back up and running. Echoing what many of us have been saying all along. You NEED a firearm to protect yourself and deter would be thieves and killers. Get a PROPANE generator. It makes a lot more sense than gas because you don’t have to deal with storage issues, you can store a lot of it in a compact space, and you can use it to cook.

trench sweeper load is basically 00 buck using a pump shotgun with a (relatively) short barrel.

In vietnam, my dad said they used a shotgun with a duckbill attachment. Spreads the shot horizontally instead of in a sphere. So if pistolpete had to, he probably could have shot moultiple guys, depending on the distance and other factors
