For those that dream about water.. I was told that dreams concerning oceans are messages from your subconscious mind that you have:
1) Learned something new and valuable
2) Reached a higher level of understanding
3) Have found a more stable foundation

I think dreams are often the result of your basic mind processing information.

I don’t think everything is hocus pokey.

When I was young I remember having a vivid dream where I was being chased and shot at. My hand was repeatedly struck and I could feel real pain. I woke up in horror when I found blood dripping from my shot hand.

Don’t get too excited. I also saw blood on a nearby object. I realized every time I was shot my hand would jerk and hit the object causing me to bleed.

But for about 5 seconds…

Sagan’s perspective, because I am familiar from previous debates (months if not years ago), has alot of serious problems as it gives more questions than real verifiable answers in many different respects.

That and he is an astronomer, not a physicist or psychologist.

I wonder if it’s from a Volkswagen I saw down stream that a man died in from being washed off a flooded road, the Beetle was covered with trash sticks ans debris, a few hundred yards down stream from the road. @ MGtower. I can’t see the future per say,but I do have premenitions. They have kept me alive because I listen to them. Litteraly kept me alive.Watch out for glass that shatters for no reason,or the physics of it seem a little off.

Hard to tell a short version of this.People kept telling me there’s something buried in my back yard.There were birds one day in the back yard flying from one tree then then back to the other.Next day at work a client who I’d never met,comes over and tells me he a dream last night about birds flying from one tree to another,turns around and leaves.Im trimming the hedge out back and find a dagger.Not the one used,but a sign.So one night I just got quiet and felt the vibes in the house.Pure f~~~ing evil.Im a bit pysicic. I can see that a guy murders a women in that house,that’s what’s buried under the tree with the weird birds.When I figured it out,I could feel evil energy coming at me. This old biker was f~~~ing terrified. Pure f~~~ing evil. Thankfully I was moving out at that point any way.I think she was a prostitute or someone who would not be missed. I’ll bet her bones are still there.I think his ugly spirit lives in that house still. I think it happened back in the 40s. No proof of any of this,I’m not looking to debate with Men of science. I’m fine if they don’t believe.

Maybe the demonic entity wanted you out. It’s usually the case. Still, that imagery must have been horrible.

I don’t “see” into the future, I can surmise allot from logical extrapolation what may or may not happen.
I don’t control it, “it” comes to me and I have no choice over the “event” I either dream about while sinking into a different dimension, unlike any “dream”, or falls over me while I’m awake like a cold draft of reality and I just “know” without making any choices about the event another person chooses of their own free will.

I’ve raced against the clock to head of things I could see coming using intuition, but that’s different than the sudden feeling of knowing beyond all doubt than finding out later while already knowing all along.

“How far is up?” crushes all human concepts of space.
When did time begin or when will it end? Where did it all start, and when you arrive to that conclusion what existed before then and how far back does that go, keep adding negative or positive time and in both directions you see eternity…

I know. And in many respects I agree, especially in regards to the Horatio quote. But a disc in the sky 50 feet above the ground shooting a beam of light down witnessed by multiple people is a disc in the sky 50 feet above the ground shooting a beam of light down witnessed by multiple people.

Now is it:

Military?
Alien?
Angels/Demons?
A mix?

Who knows there is not enough evidence to even derive enough questions let alone answers. In regards to Sagan, from what I am familiar with (and emphasizing that for context) he seems to want to deem all “paranormal experiences” as:

-Hallucinations
+Which is possible for many, but not all. As a man who is, or at least should be, trained in statistics he should understand this.
+Assuming all things are hallucinations, lets throw the ball in his field, we are still under the “mystery” as to why the same “hallucination” keeps popping up and what the nature of hallucinations is.

-Natural Phenomena
+We don’t know enough about nature to say what is of it nor what is not of it. We know somethings, but the realm for possibility is always open. He always struck me as the type of man who would say “Because I haven’t seen it, it cannot be real.” At least he gave that impression.

If I can make a guess: The water represents the world and all its corruption as you see it. It is blocking out your own personal path to “living”/finding peace/prosperity/etc. and making it very difficult to see. Of course the “road” is always there, but the corruption of society is what is blocking it out.

You can also substitute “the corruption of society” for personal anxiety/anger/sorrow over the the injustices you both have experienced and or observed.

It is also possible that the “volkswagen” story triggered some potentional switch (which we all have) show how “life can sweep one away in an instant covering them in garbage”.

Just some thoughts.
