    In the 1990s much of central manchester was derelict and tehre was mass unemployment.

    I appreciate what you are saying. At least there was no social media and mobile phones with cameras back then. You can’t do anything today without some C~~~ documenting it and uploading it and trying to grass you up or shame you. Hard to have fun when theres spies and grasses everywhere.

    They started a media hate campaign against ravers they used to waste millions of tax payers money with riot police an helicopters at raves.

    Yes there was fun to be had but it was at great risk.

    They have always crushed freedom dissident.

    They did the same with thehippies in teh 1960s

    i was going to decent rave clubs until about 2005 everywhere i went in manchester closed years ago

    raves in warehouses and fields were still happening as well

    too odl and tired for it now though.

    They had series of road blocks at all the junctions coming off the M5 but the locals new a route round them. They had teh chopper and full riot police it apthetic people wanted a prty to celebarte castle mroton tahtwas all

    You’ve got a point we were very self reliant and resourceful and amde things happen -taht’s what is missing today or maybe its just because im a Mancunian. Manchester is more liek it’s own country
