Vote is secret, and how public characters actually vote is often very different from their their public stance.
People usually vote for their best interests and declare to have voted according their personal interests, but the two things aren’t always the same, especially for public characters.

Men’s rights and men’s interests haven’t a precise political color, things are very fluid.
MRAs had extremely good relations with Steve Bannon, Gary Johnson can be described as being basically a moderate MRA in the closet, and even Bernie Sanders was contacted and his reaction, while still weak and insufficient, was more nice than expected.
On the other hand, Hillary was a nightmare for men, but the other woman (I don’t even remind her name, she’s Green Party, chemtrails believer) was even worse, she even had criminalization of men who purchase sexual services and “to fight against patriarchy” within her program.

Leykis could be anti-Trump having, in example, invested a lot of money in a company that heavily relies on outsourcing abroad or on the trade with China.

Finally, I’ll point out that being anti-Trump, whatever the hell that means, doesn’t necessarily equate being pro-Clinton. There were other candidates and there was also the option of not voting. It wasn’t a binary choice no matter how the MSM presents it or the common herd believes it to be. You aren’t marched to the polls at gunpoint and told to pick one of two options under penalty of death.
