I was literally translating my country’s saying. I might get the basics of English, but I do not have popular sayings in my portfolio.

General opinions dont have inherent value, neither personal opinions. They are what we make of them.
What defines MGTOW, in my view, is the independence of reasoning from the collective/external pressure. Therefore there are as much forms of MGTOW as there are MGTOW’s. It is not possible to have a movement based in the idea that you should follow your own ideas.
That itself invalidates the arguments presented by “general opinion”. We dont care about the argument because we dont need a “general opinion” to dictate what we say and think. Each of us knows perfectly what he says and thinks, thank you. We dont need approval, neither the condemnation affects us. Its the same as Spartacus caring for the opinion of Romans about his behavior.
But the argument itself is based in fallacies of guilt by association and generalization.
The argument start by a generalization of premise: “MGTOW say women are whores”.
That is not true. Most MGTOW do not say women are whores, by the contrary, they say whores are more honest that most women.The argument then infers that: “if women are whores then men are Johns.”
That associates the guilt of a “John”, a man that uses whores, to the MGTOW.
Even if the guilt card would ever work with MGTOW (a big fat IF), it required that we accept the condemnation of “Johns”.
I personally do not see nothing wrong with “Johns”.
So a argument is a failure at all levels. It is not even in the same game.
The argument start by a generalization of premise: “MGTOW say women are whores”.
It starts off with “If” What is very important to the supposition. You won’t find many MGTOWs on MGTOW.com saying “All women are whores” because it is a more enlightened group of discussion and intelligence.
If you go to YouTube and other social media is different. Maybe they say these things to get reactions or to get attention. Which obviously makes it harder to distribute MGTOW knowledge.
When we’re discussing it here on MGTOW.com it is a Constructive exercise which can be translated into real-world knowledge where is on other parts of the Internet no good can come from The discussion about the dynamics because one side is ignored.
This is why I have this conversation here because it is far more valuable and helps me to understand other MGTOW better Even if the response is negative. So it is about growth for myself and hopefully for the community when we tackle harder questions such as these.
