We weren’t born MGTOW… in other words, men grow up thinking marriage is good, women are good, etc. This is natural. Then we get a dose (or many doses) of reality, and we learn that the ideal doesn’t match what we see.

When I married my wife, I knew I was going to be monogamous and faithful to her for the rest of my life. Her own resolve was apparently a lot weaker than mine. She actually had fantasies of having hordes of men f~~~ing her (which she revealed to me a few years into our marriage). She got bored with our marriage, made up a bunch of reasons why I was the bad guy, and now she is living out her fantasy in reality.

At no point in this scenario was I a John. But were I to go out and start sleeping around too, sure, you could say I’m a John. Now that I know women are whores at heart, that description seems accurate. So it just comes down to whether you think that’s a good, bad, or neutral thing. 🙂
