I’ve always wondered what being a Mason was like and have recently looked into it. As far as I can see it’s a male social club for friendship and business contacts.

I’m not against either but I generally dislike organised groups. Time and again I’ve found it’s rare I find people who’re on my wavelength, who interest me and vice versa. I think I’m too much of a lone wolf sometimes, I always feel I’m hanging with normies and get bored.

You also have to pay a yearly fee and donate an amount of your choosing. If I was in business maybe I’d be keener to join, but I can’t see any benefit to someone like me at this point.

Does anyone know much about it? I’m in the UK but I imagine lodges have a similar theme worldwide.

The very top of that organisation is extremely powerful and extremely dangerous.

At a low level you wont get any big contracts or get to really know anything-I’d not bother mate.

I think you have to contribute part of your salary to the cause. They also have some strange olde English type language they occasionally speak in.

All sounds a bit cult-like to me.

I always wanted to participate in a Freemason hall. I think the ages long history of the “all male” nature of it makes it’s secretive machinations fascinating.

It is a secret society. Any real Mason will not tell you anything about the group.

The Shriners Hospital is pretty high up. They don’t seem dangerous to me.

MGTOW is about flushing the Blue Pill and taking the Red Pill instead. Freemasonry isn’t just Blue Pill, it helps to design the Blue Pill. Freemasonry isn’t about you taking the Blue Pill so much as it is making sure everyone takes the Blue Pill. At least, that’s the case after you stop being a grunt.

In this article this women says that Freemasonry underwent a revival around 1900 and that the ethos of Freemasonry is based in traditional trad con blue pill ideas.

However, the man goes to the meetings damn the family.

Wives are actively working to undermine the Lodge like all male spaces. Women and their penis envy makes them want to be Freemasons.

    Freemasonry and Gender Roles

Families now aren’t known to just be a man, a woman, and some kids, but instead made up of numerous combinations. Yet, Freemasonry supports the same gender roles. the same societal roles as it did during its inception the Mason goes to lodge, and the non-Mason, being excluded, does their own thing. I feel that this is a growing issue in Freemasonry, and will continue to be an issue until more lodges choose to do something about it.

I’m not interested in joining a hierarchy of potential simps, and being a minion at the feet of rich blokes. So you’re probably right.

BBC employees probably spend most of their time in the Gay Quarter.

I asked to join and was invited to an initiation. I chose not to due to all of the work and expense that goes into it. Damn it, now I want to join. I can finally be considered dangerous. Ha!!!!!

It is really just a group of dying old men and their dying dreams.

Trust me. There is nothing to fear.

I have met a few when I was younger. They were good guys I thought but a lot older than I was. My dad was asked to join but didn’t want to. Seemed to be good team players and honourable.

I don’t know about the costs but I think joining could be a good move for a small business man. You might not get huge contracts but you would probably get steady work. I get a fair amount of work from men at my shooting club and I always tell them I am too busy until they twist my arm. Men like to hire people they can trust. Women tend to look at price only and then complain they got a crap job so I can’t see what is wrong with a group of men who are friends and sometimes give each other work. I bet a plumber or builder would do great in the masons. Forget all the nonsense about the illuminati and government contracts. They don’t go to free masons, they go to big low bidders like Carillion.

I am a Freemason in good standing and have been for many years. It is a wonderful organization that truly aims to make good men better. I am honored to be a member each and everyday.I will not speak to others claims about the Order as it needs no defending.
