This is what $15/hr fast food pay ends up creating

Anyway communication, real open communication, is not wanted or even required in a relationship. Women cannot handle fully open and honest communication, plus most perceive it as a weakness on the part of a man. All that is required is catering to her whims, and even then nothing is certain. There is no way to be sure of having a successful relationshit with a woman. MGTaoist

Since we have a minimum wage how about a maximum wage.

There was pretty much a maximum wage from the 50s and 60s, America’s golden ages. That’s actually why health insurance even came about—since companies could not lure talented employees with pay raises, since there was a cap, they came up with benefits.

    Several things will happen.

    1. Businesses will relocate to right outside the city limits like 5 feet from the border area.
    2. Businesses will lay people off
    3. Businesses will make more people go part time
    4. Businesses will go from a w-2 employment structure to independent contractor structure who have no minimum wage health benefits or any other benefits.
    5. Businesses will automate as much of the workforce as possible with robotics and computer technology
    6. Business owners that can’t compete and adapt to the new laws will shutdown and will have to do something else to get income

This site was sold by its original owner in secret. There is new management that doesn't care about quality. The new site is much better https://theindependentman.org

Serving 100 customers per day for one person is no stress at all. That is just one every 5 minutes in an 8 hour shift. Not the queue you normally see. Each one leaves 6-8 Euros on the table… And the food costs only fractions of it if bought in high volumes.

I’ve worked these jobs before. You can easily do 100 customers per day for one person. The food is marked up probably about %1000. The vast majority of that money is going straight to the top. CEO’s make well over a million dollars a year. Inflation is very high and $15 dollars an hour really does not get you very far in this country.
