If we add an artificial or donated (bought for cash) Egg, and the use of the male sperm, this could lead to a man buying an egg of a hot woman, have Medical assistance for fertilization, and have him grow his own kid… possibly at home.

I can see miles of bag farms that produce spare human parts with stem cells robbed from the next (would be) generation. Another human parts corporate conglomeration just like Planned Parenthood.
