On behalf of the professing Christian men here, I would like to apologize for the behavior exhibited lately here from some of the newer members that claim to be Christian. Their words, attitudes, and beliefs have been shameful while cloaked in self-righteousness. It’s embarrassing for devout believers like myself, and I only hope that the men here will extend forbearance towards the other Christian men here who remain in good standing on the forum.
This place has helped me in ways I can’t even fully understand yet. You guys are awesome. 🙂

No need to apologize, Silver Fox. You are one of the highest quality members here. This only reinforces that.
I dig you back bro.
Peace is > piece.

I love Jesus Messiah of Nazareth.

Anonymous6Behavior, from Christian perspective or a worldly one, is necessarily endemic of the individual. Groups require more than one individual to characterize.
Are you a literal bible believing Christian silver-fox?
As a death follower all I can wish upon all men here is a peaceful and painless death for you, your family and your god.
Might death avoid you for a long time.
A-men
To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.

No, I want to die in battle as everyman should. Gone are the days of thee being on the Scandinavian plains fighting for a just cause. Knowing my luck I will end up in a nursing sucking through a straw.
Very well said Silver Fox.
A good example of a true Christian."...reinvent your life because you must; it is your life and its history and the present belong only to you.” It is Your Life, Charles Bukowski.

Anonymous14No worries man. As the resident s~~~ talking Atheist I was lectured about respect after I said “I don’t owe Christians respect” in one of those threads. At the time I was feeling I owe them no more respect than they have historically shown Muslims here, which has been very little. I really like many of the Christians here, some of you are in fact Christ-like. Problem is when it is injected into everything it gets to be soul crushing.
The real question is; does MGTOW want to be co-opted by Christianity? Or do we want it to be inclusive of ALL MEN? As an Atheist Red Pill to me includes rejecting all Religion as none can be proven, as they are all about faith on some level or another, nothing Red Pill about faith, you can have it, but don’t try arguing there is anything Red Pill about it as the guy right next to you in the very same religion, let alone a completely different one, likely has some very different beliefs.
I think those that have been around awhile know that I have always fought for whoever the underdog was in the “Crusades” here. If the Christians were the underdogs I would have had their backs, because really, I just want to see all men get along. You think Women do us harm and see us as a disposable utility? How about our Governments and Ideologies that have us killing each other for eternity? And for what?
Ultimately I feel Religion is best when it is kept to oneself, George Carlin style.

If that is your wish might my lord concede it.
However remember no one rules over death and usually is a mean god, but hey is death, if someone complains, he kills it, or worst “let them live”

Anonymous5I’m an atheist but thank you for reminding me that the vast majority of Christians are good people who strive to love god and love others.
It can be challenging dealing with the noisy few who are self righteous, holier-than-thou and intolerant of others with different belief systems.
I am getting to the point where I am ready to go, just don’t want a pitiful death.

Anonymous42I must say, it was certainly cringe worthy!
I’m still slipping back into my skin, I don’t know it will ever fit right again….
Very well said Silver Fox.

No need to apologize and more importantly no need to apologize for others.
Thank you, Silver Fox.
I don’t know who those new Christian menbers are but I’ll wager they’ll learn to get along or get punted to the stratosphere.
No matter your religion or lack thereof, mgtow.com isn’t a place for whinny bitches who always think they’re right. The real question is; does MGTOW want to be co-opted by Christianity? Or do we want it to be inclusive of ALL MEN?
Good question, Joe.
mgtow.com isn’t about any religion although many of us believe in something or someone higher than ourselves. But many of us are also non-religious and some are downright hostile to any talk of a god whatsoever.
We’re a cross section of today’s society (so-called) and we’re defined neither by religion nor by a political movement.
I’d say we’re defined by a willingness to seek and keep our freedom and sovereignty as Men in a world where both are losing their meaning as the feminist agenda trucks forward regardless of the Truth or who it runs over, male or female.
MGTOW transcends all religions and cultures to go straight to the heart of the matter: Men have too long been used as disposable resources and cannon fodder for those who’d later complain that the very masculinity that protected them has become “toxic”. MGTOW invites us to discover a personal world full of forgotten pleasures and accomplishments. It frees us from our Blue-Pill selves to catapult us into a reality most other men cannot fathom let alone dare think about.
Everything else is secondary and without much importance seen through the Red-Pill glasses of a Man in a world of Misandry, including and perhaps even especially religion as it is supposed to be a private affair and not to be crammed down someone else’s throat.Don't let them Blame, Shame or Tame you!

#GenderSegragationNow!Thanks guys. This really is a great community.
Are you a literal bible believing Christian silver-fox?
Colin — Yes, that would accurately describe me. I would add the qualifier that I take the Bible literally when it is meant to be taken literally, and figuratively when it is meant to be taken figuratively. What that means is that I have to be discerning about what the Bible intends for me to understand. Parables are obviously meant to be taken as parables. Metaphors as metaphors.
I don’t believe the Bible is open to whatever interpretation we want, willy-nilly. I think the intellectually-sound approach is to understand the Bible the way the authors intended for us to understand it. That, of course, is where a lot of wisdom and discernment is required.
Returning back from that rabbit trail…
My perception is that arguments over whether MGTOW is biblical, unbiblical, compatible with Christianity, or not… all miss the bigger issue.
The way I see it, Men Going Their Own Way isn’t a religion. It’s just something that men do because they’re tired of getting shat on and are finally saying, “enough.”
So can atheists be MGTOW? Of course. Can Christians be MGTOW? Of course. What do we have in common? We’re tired of getting shat on.
