Looking at it differently wont help. Not cause that method is faulty, but in this scenario, I see clearly. Can I change it? Lol, no. I cant change other people, much less everyone of them here. I can only leave. TBH, when I look at where I am working im like,”WTF did I expect differently?”

Other places may not be as bad bu trust me at all places you will have to deal with some level of s~~~e and tuna and simp crap.

At any company you are a cog, a number on a balance sheet there to make the boss money that’s reality mate.

Do not make work 90%of your focus or puprose in life it is a means to an end -live to work not work to live.

Employers will use the usual line money isn’t the main thing about a job -bulls~~~ it is everything because it buys you freedom and security to do things you do like.
