    Ohhh s~~~!!

Damn and I was just looking at apartments buildings to buy. Because of Obama, section 8 holders can use their vouchers in any apartment, not just section 8 apartments. Hell, I could get an apartment building, and charge these bitches crazy rent and get PAID

Notice how one specific group of people are on section 8 more than others…..

There’s no more resources, we’re in economic collapse, at least now we’re all falling into poverty TOGETHER!

They actually thought money was free, imagine that?

I saw a few and he holds NOTHING back. The last video I saw was where he was driving ( in his SUV? ) basically making a finite declaration that he was turning his back on black women and I have not seen a video of his since. It was a serious rant.

I leave criticism and comments of “black women” to the black brothers who know more about what’s really going on in the community. Until recently I didn’t know much about “section 8” and what the implications were, but it’s interesting to see the brothers enjoying the ramifications of it and supporting what Trump is doing.

I did not know it was such a passionate issue.

When this guy started talking about how his mother used to coach his sisters on how to rip off guys it reminded me of a lot of white women I’ve known. It isn’t the race, it’s the gender. They want what they can get, not what they’ve worked to earn.

I completely with you on this one Venom. I’ve been looking at properties for the past month or two. Is there anyone here that can offer any insight or experiences with this?
My thought on the matter is that this, and the upcoming change in child support laws (see Child Support Laws changing in the U.S. is going to create a ripple effect throughout the economy. And with the likely-hood of a negative impact taking place over a positive one, I would like to know how to take advantage of the situation and use it to my/our benefit.

    Any takers?

Funny, isn't it? How women thrive on a mans time, attention and resources, while simultaneously telling him he isn't enough...

The thing about it is, people on government assistance never expect it to go anywhere so they don’t save money. So these women aren’t going to be happy about this. But its the right thing to do. Gotta get out of the mentality that government should always be there to take care of you when you should be able to take care of yourself.

Hopefully this will cause women to be smarter about who they choose to lay down with. Or atleast f~~~ somebody with a place to live. Personal responsibility may not be dead.

@keymaster, I watch his stuff all the time and mostly agree with him. I’ve written posts on black community problems and i don’t see anyway for it to get better. The victim mentality is too engrained in, and work ethic is gone. Even the Bible says faith without works is dead. There’s no effort being put in, everybody wants change, but nobody wants TOO change.

I’d tell everyone, “You have one year to find a job. After that, no more freebies. Here’s some money. Good luck.”

Now, that sounds cruel, but if there was no welfare: women would think twice about having sex w/ jobless thugs. There are certain kinds of people who cannot be helped. They have to have “tough love” to find the motivation to improve their lives.

I’d also give these ladies a lump sum payment of $100,000 if they get a tubal ligation. I figure it costs the tax payers $100,000 to fund a welfare mom—who continues to have babies with men that are jobless and stupid—for 5 years. No more babies!

Black Americans, in particular, have done a good job of working and providing for their kids for a century after the end of slavery. They used to march in the streets for job opportunities—what the hell happened?!

There was a time when the average American was insulted by the idea of a government handout (early 20th century). Most men wanted to have the dignity of earning a paycheck. They were proud of their work and the luxuries they bought. I wish we could bring back that mentality instead of looking to Congress and a president for salvation.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

I watch him all the time, he’s dead-on most of the time about the hypocrisy in the black community.

Never lose sight of what brought you here.

    Venom:

Regarding buying apartment buildings and renting to women on Section 8

    A few issues:

Properties with tenants on Section 8 exceeding 25% of occupancy have a lower resale value in a market where some properties have no Section 8 tenants.

Section 8 for the most part, by default means single mothers with children. Those kids destroy the inside of units and raise hell on the property.

Relying on state money via Section 8 vouchers as an investment strategy is inherently flawed.

States typically have caps set on how much a landlord can charge for rent on a unit where the tenant receives a Section 8 voucher.

Properties with a high Section 8 tenancy depreciate and require more maintenance and repair over time.

And rarely is the welfare mommy the only adult in the unit. She will hide the fact that she is harboring her thug Chad(s) as well that need a place to live.

And factor in: People that are not on Section 8 do not want to live near Section 8 recipients. In that sense, you lose most qualified renters before they apply to lease from you.

I’m not sure how it is in other states, but to my knowledge – in Florida, you can’t unlist your apartment complex from section 8 until the mortgage is paid off. It’s very easy to get your place listed as section 8, but once you’re on it’s very difficult to get off.

When I lived in Jacksonville, the apartment complex was not section 8 when I moved in. Before I left, the apartment complex was taken over by a new leasing agency out of state. Management decided to replace the office personnel, so they stuck it to the company and listed it in section 8 before they left. We had all kinds of riff raff moving in.

As you guessed, it varies from state to state and, in some states, even from city to city.

As with all things, check your local regulations before making any decisions.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

Getting your property out of Section 8 is like leaving the Mafia.

The rental house across the street from me owner’s finally got it out of Section 8. The new tenants don’t take jackhammers to the driveway or destroy the interior. Two of the tenants in the Section 8 era had boyfriends living there who sold drugs from the house.

The sad thing about government assistance is that those than need it don’t qualify and those that don’t need it do qualify. I drive a POS and pray it stays in one piece but someone who isn’t even trying gets a decent vehicle, food stamps and a check. The next thing I hope President Trump will look at is Corporate Welfare, which costs taxpayers even more. He’s going to p~~~ off a lot of people on both sides of the aisle but who cares? They have been p~~~ed off since the primaries and he still won. As an Independent, I smell plenty of BS to the left and right. There’s just a bigger pile to the left.

Corporate welfare is much greater than social welfare. Section 8 has ruined so many neighborhoods.

My house I used to own here was a rental unit for a while. The management company turned it into section 8, and the tenants would steal the appliances when they moved out. The last tenants even stole the damned toilet! Needless to say, after my brother moved in and fixed all the problems I sold it for a loss and swore never to be a landlord again.
