Some may disagree with me on this and I have mixed feelings on it but consider putting your picture on the resume. My best friend suggested it to another fella and he got the job probably for other reasons but the fella felt like it helped. Just a thought.

All my pics look like I escaped from jail… 😀

IN the US no pictures on resume. In the EU it is common.

It all depends upon what country you are in.

Thinking with the male mind, doesn’t make any sense, I would ignore the picture in the resume considering my working field (IT).
BUT, the very first filter is done by c~~~s in the HR, so as bizarre it seems to put a picture there, I won’t be surprised if they discriminate ugly guys.

Exactly, and I ain’t a model. I think putting a pic will actually lower your chances for an interview. The most I’d ever put was a Linkedin profile where they could see a pic of me in a lab.

But anyway, what should I put on my resume if I want a driver job with NO EXPERIENCE? Based on those 2 resume versions I posted above.

I have to give a big THANK YOU for you guys who told me about the keywords highlighted in white on your resume. Never would have thought about that at all. Cheers!

Good advice by Solid and Forsaken regarding the initial sift.

Ticking the right quota will probably get you past the computer. Obviously gender is out, but your racial status may be more open to interpretation.

In the UK the definition of disability is so broad that a little creativity will often enable this to be used. It is particularly effective over here and often means an automatic interview.

Not a bad idea, but not a good one either.

Some c~~~ can throw your resume in the trash, just because your face doesn’t make her pussy wet.

My resume is full of lies.

The hiring managers don’t give a s~~~ about you as a person, but what can you do, to benefit their company.

Starting your own business is way better than working under a CEO who makes more money in a day, than you in three years.

That’s a good advice. But what kind of business? I’m a retard btw…

When starting a business, you have to produce, or give a service that the general population will NEED, not want.

Their want, will change everyday, but their NEED, will stay the same.

Oh, FYI, if you’re a MGTOW, you’re not a retard. Leave that to the blue pill f~~~s.

It’s a mixed bag, had conflicting thoughts about it when my friend suggested it but then the guy who got the job was no ogre.

Just did mine actually, make sure all the skills/work history are past tense if you are currently unemployed/not doing that work anymore so as to remain consistent, a few of yours look to be present tense while others are past tense.

If you’re a white male and want to get hired, make sure you note that you identify as Sexually ambiguous of a minority of your choosing and you’ll get hired in a flash.
