It is promising news, and favorable. BUT, as you said, that is more than enough to not do a “Mission Accomplished” with this. Rocket man is a dictator. He has his own nation. I would respectfully ask anyone here who believes that North Korea has an insane ruler / dictator to kindly look up the references and posts I have provided and then it will become very clear that
1. Korea does not want a war
2. Korea wants to get back to normal life without all the economic sanctions
