Here is one more thing from my box of long term observations.
Why I am convinced that we are being trolled by a professional agency.
When I came here in 2016, there were tons of incidences in which a “participant” member would post some intro and try to school us.
Or shame us. These threads went on like forever…
But they couldn’t do any damage, except making us stronger.
BUT:
Since this death threat trolling via the PM system began, these cases of participating trolls and tunas have steeply decreased.
In my mind, the agency noticed that they can’t smoke us out with infiltrators since the intelligence present here is immune to what they do.
So they had to develop a plan to smoke out the top posters from here…
And then the current day trolling style began and the classic style faded totally.
That is what I have seen. Transition time around mid-end 2017.
Since that s~~~ PM trolling is active and TrollBill starts fights in close sequence… There are hardly any real posting participant trolls around. It is as if they had died out.
Both types surely came from an agency.
The question: “What kind of agency” we might never know.
But what is happening is not “normal” or “natural”

Not natural is the fact that we grow and become more popular by the day while at the same time the participant infiltrators get less.

Someone or something wants us gone.
These are the first “troll” topic threads that will be taken seriously by outside readers.
The guy who cannot stop to include you in his “death” and “will be removed” threats will not get his way.
But without someone seeing through his s~~~, he might have won.
His strategy:
Wear your spirit down, like a constant dripping of raindrops on your head.
– tiny deep psychological provocations thrown in all of the time
– caving the stone, day by day. Like Groundhog Day…
– making propaganda against you and what you post
– inciting others – no, rather “explaining” to the group why your posts are unworthy
– calling you out on personal matters that do not have anything to do with your topics
– picking on one of your “weaknesses” and then making “under the waistline” comments about it – preferably in front of his followers who then shower him with “stars” so you feel even more intimidated.
– inventing one weakness if he did not find a real one (Like he judged Travis3000 by his first few lines of text)
– twisting your words and telling other members “what you said” in a false context or completely lying. (He does have a history of apologizing, LOL)
– trying to convince the admin that what you do is not good for the site (like my evil cat pics, LOL)
All in all he would/will gently and gradually make you lose interest in posting here.
And no one will ever notice him as the perpetrator…
Many members left silently and might come back when reading this.

Teachers were always glad that I never exploited or abused the silent power I could have had (or built) to cause trouble in class.

All this drama does not affect me one bit. My respect for KM is unshakable. No pinhead is going to make me want to leave this site and no pinhead is going to make me want to disparage or try to do any harm whatever to a fellow member. I am a senior citizen and my skin has grown too thick over the years to care about such drama that has been posted on this site. I think it would be a good example for the younger guys and lurkers on this site to emulate.

I care for my cat very much (even tho I am really a dog man). She was abandoned and came around where I was living. I put out a can of cat food and 2 days later she was in my lap licking her fur. How could I refuse that? She is a wonderful cat and I couldn’t ask for a better one.
