If you believed in the Christ up until you watched this video, i don’t feel bad for you.

If you believed that the church is holy and the true word of God, i got news for you, it was pagan from the start and still is today.

There is a say that says “Give a man a truth and he will think for a day, Teach a man to reason and he will think for a lifetime”

I think it’s today common knowledge that the Christian religion is really just a composite mix-mash of many older beliefs and various other gods. (I’m a Mithras fan myself – just call me old school).

The historian Richard Carrier lays this out pretty clearly.

What is your point in bringing this up? You must know that you are not going to change anyone’s mind. What do you think you might accomplish?

    I’m sincerely and genuinely curious…

Answer number one: My point is very simple, find the truth within yourself.

Answer number two: i’ve changed plenty of people, change is inevitable, everything changes including our ever changing perspective of life.

Answer number three: There’s nothing to accomplish, people who set goals or ideals are bound to suffer by them, we are born again everyday we wake up, the fact that we can teach other people something new or something to keep in mind can be called success. When people think of you or what you taught them, even after your own death is a sign of success, because thoughts can outlive the one who made those happen.

You are very knowledgeable and simple minded in your responses, but one thing i have learned is that the divine shall always give you what you want.

You only believe in the physical and explainable? the divine shall teach you through those means.

You believe in angels or demons? the divine shall provide those to you.

You believe you are guilty of something? the divine shall punish you.

You believe in God? the divine shall introduce him into your life.

You believe in a messiah? The divine shall guide you to him.

You believe in gods like the devas and asuras? in duality? the divine will do a great job of making you believe duality exists in the supernatural..

The divine is a direct reflection of what manifests in us and around us, when people kill, suffer and cry, those are manifestations of the divine.

To finish my reply to you i will only write one more thing, what you seek you shall get, even if it’s something you can’t see or hear.

I don’t see what relevance this has to MGTOW, if any.

Good luck with your mind changing mission, but I’ll go my own way, thanks.

Women sense my power and they seek the life essence. I do not avoid women. But I do deny them my essence.

Well if that’s the case then it seems that “the divine” has convinced me to completely reject absolutely anything considered “divine”.

I dunno, do you think maybe perhaps “the divine” is working some sort of reverse psychology gimmick on me or does he just like to f~~~ with people’s heads as a sick joke???

I really like to try and avoid any real deep theological discussions but sometimes I’ll give the pot a little stir. You know, just to play the Devil’s advocate…

We should revert back to our true ways.

The old always come right back in style! hahahaha, loved your post!!.

In April 7, 2016 the story first broke that we live in a simulation and this came from “science” mind you.

    https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/are-we-living-in-a-computer-simulation/

In July 6, 2013, we already knew that we lived in a simulation, if you read the Emerald Tablets of Thoth The Atlantean….

Finally this is a Buddhist explanation for Life and the illusion we live everyday…

The Vijnanavada school maps out the structure of consciousness. At the very bottom, are the five senses. Above them, is the level that assembles data into a complete picture. Above that is the sense of “I” which filters the incoming data. There is no self, though, despite the phenomenon of consciousness. The top level is the collection of karmic seeds and impulses, called the “storehouse consciousness”. It is the ultimate illusion, resting on, and built by, all of the other levels. This is not just the structure of consciousness, but also the structure of reality and the structure of delusion, since according to Vijnanavada doctrine, everything is an illusion created by the mind.

We should revert back to our true ways.

Well we never really left “our true ways”. When you look into it, our modern beliefs are just a continuation of what man has doing all throughout history.

There is historical evidence of man worshipping supernatural deities many thousands of years before Christianity even came on the scene. We just kept inventing various gods and religions to go along with them and then we just swapped around the different details to create more gods and new religions.

That’s how it’s always been. That’s why we have had so many, and still have so many, different religions with common features, stories and similarities. Did you know that there are like three or four different ‘Noah’s Ark’ stories scattered throughout history and among different religions? It’s the same deal with the virgin births and having about a dozen different gods all supposedly born on ‘Christmas’.

You should check out the YouTube videos previously linked to in this thread. It’s actually pretty interesting stuff once you get into into it.

Here’s one more just to get you thinkin’…

I see life as a class full of kids with color books, the kids will color whatever image they individually like the most, each one of them picking a different image, a different reality that fits them the most to “color” or draw their conclusions on. I can’t give you a better answer than that.

I thought that it was Kaiser Soze who said that?

In any case, perhaps you were right when you said that I was “simple minded”. I see myself as more of a “Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar” kinda fella…

[/quote]I love our conversations and to me a cigar is just a cigar!, end of the day we are just men, pondering on different possibilities life has to offer, MGTOW is about being free from illusions, free from the shackles of society and structural religious ideas, whatever resonates with you and your perspective of life is what matters, i am only the messenger but god damn if i can get you pumpkin heads to think i have gained something today, i don’t mind if i get shot many bullets and arrows.

I am my own god and devil.

That’s great if that’s what works for you. Myself, I need a belief system with a little more structure and something that requires a certain level of conformity. I’ve been looking at this one lately…

THREE EXCELLENT BOOKS: The God Delusion God is NOT great — How Religion Poisons Everything GOD–The Failed Hypothesis–How Science Proves There Is NO God

Since I don’t think there’s an afterlife I don’t waste many of my minutes debating or discussing this, so, I have gone away from women, gods, politics, and other peoples’ delusions.

This is why I often recommend the most important book I’ve read: HOW I FOUND FREEDOM IN AN UNFREE WORLD by the late Harry Browne.
