An ultimatum is unnecessary. You let management be aware of the situation, and you don’t even need to do that. You can quit anytime you want.

I don’t think it’s wise to quit a job when you don’t have another job lined up. Your situation is manageable. Deal with it for now. Slack off a bit since it’s clear you’re earning your salary as compared to your fellow employees.

If they are not aware of your unhappiness at work after telling a boss and reduce your efforts at work, an ultimatum won’t be considered.

Start looking for another job. Be intentionally less productive at your current job, but more productive than say 2-3 of the women combined.

When you have another job lined up, walk out and don’t look back.

I worked in a call center for almost 2 years offering specialized software support. I did my time and was able to springboard internal to the company to a position I really wanted. If you have no options for upward mobility, and no incentive to be excellent, it’s time to start looking around.

Keep a record of your outstanding stats and don’t be afraid to go over your manager’s head if he doesn’t get you a fairer deal. Lots of managers and middle-management only care about their bonuses earned by keeping tbe little-guy down.

We all have bills to pay, it’s just the size of the s~~~ sandwhich we have to eat that varies. It’s a tough one, holding your tongue when surrounded by the hive that would take you down in a heartbeat.
