“The Truth About The Drug Companies”

    http://www.amazon.com/The-Truth-About-Drug-Companies/dp/0375760946

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."

Thanks for the book link. It looks interesting even though it was written by a female.

I mean no disrespect to anyone but…

to be fair big pharma is a business. Helping people is second to their making money.

    Medicine is business.

    Hospitals are a business.

    Health Insurance is a business.

Doesn’t seem right, but that is how it is.

Do I want new antibiotics or my investments to go up…YES.

Capitalism sucks, but it’s the best system we’ve found so far.

    I ain’t a fat cat 1%, but I don’t want feminist socialism.

The truth about capitalism in medicine…

We often here how great socialized medicine in Canada and Europe is…the United States spends more on research and development and makes more medical breakthroughs than Canada and Europe combined.

Why are drugs so expensive here and not there? Simple. We fund all the R&D. A company might take 5 years developing a drug and getting it to market…here in the states we pay the production cost + some profit + extra to pay the R&D costs before the companies patent runs out, where as they bring the drugs abroad and those countries simply refuse to pay much above manufacturing costs, and the companies would rather make a little profit off them compared to no profit.

Its not that capitalism in medicine sucks, its that we are allowing countries with socialized medicine to benefit from all our advances without them paying their fair share in advancing the field.

We could take capitalism out of medicine and watch as the rate of medical advancements comes to a screeching halt, or we could pass a law that drug companies can’t sell drugs for any more than they sell them for in Canada or Europe so we can push some of the cost burden off to the good little socialists who don’t want to pay their fair share and bring our costs down. I vote for number 2.

MGTOW saves live, one denied hypergamous and diseased vagina at a time.

Swallow this RED PILL ===> Men will lay down their lives for their brothers, their women and their children. This makes Men useful as slaves. Women will lay down their lives for ONLY their children. To expect more from women is just a FANTASY created by society and reinforced by the unconditional love that we experienced from our Mothers. The key to freedom is the understanding that the woman you meet is not going to fantastically love you like your Mother did. If you buy into the fantasy, then she is your new master. If you do not buy into the fantasy, then she is nothing, and you retain your freedom.

It is a common failing of childhood to think that if one makes a hero out of a demon the demon will be satisfied.
