No. No I’m not. But I think I see things a lot of other men do but won’t say. Take fear away from those that think they control you and you take away their power. Words have meaning. That’s why we have developed very precise language. To convey thoughts.

That has been my experience. The only way to win is to literally go your own way and not look back. One thing I keep telling myself is that when this comes to an end all of the bulls~~~ will not matter.

It is the best conclusion I have came up with on my own. Switch shifts, get this laydee out of my life or at least the majority of work, go to night classes at a trade school, gradute and GTFO of Fire/EMS.
Market~~~cher is correct in the sense you must be in a protected “class” Otherwise they will arbitrarily dismiss your claim. (You’ll get a letter that says: You have failed to state claim…blah blah blah.)
As a white male getting into a protected class is tough—but not impossible. Remember that religion, sexual orientation, national origin AND disability are protected classes. (As is using worker comp) for example say you file works comp for you back—BOOM you’re in a protected class; you’re claim wouldn’t be hostile work environment BUT it would retaliation for engaging in protected activity.
Now can you WIN a case? Probably not—as a white male the deck is seriously stacked against you BUT if you file and the claim is at least accepted at the first level that is a SERIOUS shot across the bow to management. Managers KNOW that if an employee files a successful EEO complaint against them their career is OVER. So if nothing else they will back off from you.
I was the Government representative in MANY cases just like this for years and years. What do you have to lose?

I stand to loose my health insurance and threapy, and salry if it backfires. This manager is the ultimaye white knight pussy pass giving mangina of all time. And he is a vindictive c~~~ who also has the final say of me switching shifts. I also was denied workers comp, back when. I am part Cherokee, but thats not being discriminated against…

Are you registered/or documented as a native american? If you are that is a protected class. You’re IN. And no it doesn’t matter if that IS the real reason they are making your life hell but it IS what you would put in your claim. When gaming the system the truth (on both sides) is largely irrelevant, all that matters is the Claim. Once a claim has been accepted on the unofficial level the onus is on the AGENCY/Management to show it is not the case; the burden shifts to them to explain their activities and demonstrate it is not based upon discrimination. (Or pretext)

I do not believe so, I am afraid I am down far down from the particular family member for it to count. If the registry is birth certifcate based then I am SOL.

I wish I could afford to be a big dick about it, but I feel in the end it is likley not worth the risk. However documenting for a just in case, case, pun not intended,would be wise.

A vindictive manager after a failed claim is all it would take. This is a non union job, in an at will employment state, with an internation corporation that could give two f~~~s less. Our contract with the employer allows them to also fire us for no reason essentially.

Anonymous14lol Soy, I remember you posting about this chick a little while back. My advice? Go ghost mode on her. Just nod and s~~~ like a bobble head, change the subject often. Give her no ammo. And if you can ask for a different partner, do not give specific reasons for your wanting to do this either. Disarm your opponent at every turn possible in this situation. And yes, recordings of her harassing you in any way would be a big plus if s~~~ ever hit the fan.
