Good luck with this, I have only one thing to add here as most has been covered in previous posts, I think you missed a trick, when you get a mortgage when cohabitating, i.e. when you’re not married, you should have got a legal and binding deed of trust, from personal experience it saved me over 25k.
However, it’s more a case of stable doors, horses and bolted for you now, I wish you all the luck with it.
