no doubt sir, i am very grateful. i only realized how spoiled i was when i didn’t have access to his $100,000+ tool collection and comfortable shop to work in.

and i’ll also say that it’s pretty cool that your dad was a horticulturalist. most of my main areas of interest and hobbies involve plants and the natural world. my father always tried to play off being a macho man when he would pick on me about gardening, even though he likes to do it for vegetables too. anytime i tried to talk to him about a plant of interest i was working with he would be a smart ass because he likes to pick and say “so can you smoke that one or what?”

This body holding me is a reminder of my own mortality. Embrace this moment. Remember, we are eternal and all this pain is an illusion.
