I’m surprised with all the “swatting” where you get a SWAT team to attack someone’s house that you don’t like (recently, this got some innocent person killed by a gamer), that no one has rigged a house to blow up with hidden explosives and then tricked a SWAT team into going in and then blown them all up.

I have to deal with verbal abuse from my narc bitch mother whenever i visit my dad – I try to remain calm (like Gargamel describes) – though the last time she started hurling verbal abuse at me i lost my self control and completely cursed her out of it and she left in a huff. She is not going to call the cops on me for me telling her to f~~~ off but its a stressful situation – they live close to me so cant avoid her completely. Im not sure how to deal with the ongoing situation – there have been times I really wanted to pour a jug of water over her head to shut her the f~~~ up…
