The law that allows men to be arrested even though the woman is violent is a psychological means of thought heavily influenced by feminist thinking. Especially patriarchal thinking.
What happened was that they made “universal arrest” laws thinking that nearly only men would be arrested because the feminists believe their own bulls~~~ and thought women weren’t violent.
It backfired because the primary aggressor was most frequently the female. Many women were arrested under the primary aggressor rule.
So the feminists re-thought the problem and realized if they invented a conspiracy of men called the “Patriarchy” and that is what needs to be removed from the relationship.
Any man that has anything to say about his family life is automatically guilty of abuse. In fact, just his wife feeling bad can be enough to get him arrested.
Now, frequently, when men call the cops for being beaten the men are arrested. The Deluth model requires it. It is only men that can be controlling. The man probably angered the woman to get her to hit him so he could call the cops on her…is their theory.
That is how a guilty woman get’s a man arrested.
Do not defend yourself, IMO. You have two choices, fight or flight. Since fighting is illegal I recommend flight. I don’t care what sticks and stones they call me as I run from the scene of the crime but the last thing I want involved is a bunch of aggressive LE that is looking to arrest some male.

Even though she started it, it still looked like an unnecessarily pretty hard slam. He could’ve just backed away and maybe called the cops on her. However, if I’m being honest, I kind of wish he’d have done the same thing to the other two screeching c~~~s that attacked him.

I don’t see how he could avoid anything. He wasn’t engaging in the argument. Sounded to me like he was calmly telling her to get off his property. Then she gets in his face making demands and resulted to the violent attack. If I’m at home and a woman comes on my property acting crazy, I’m probably going to do something similar to what he did minus the body slam.
