You should be making anonymous tips to the local police, immigration department, school board, etc that your neighbours are involved in heinous activities like kiddie porn production, human trafficking, child abuse, animal abuse, etc.

The more different agencies you get involved – the better. And the more you make these tips the better the likelihood that they will investigate and give these low lifes something to worry about at night.

I literally shook a building once. I swear these mofo’s upstairs were nocturnal! So I created a 90Hz sinewave with my audio software and I plugged in my DJ gear and turned the speakers toward the wall, and I turned it up loud. I could literally see the walls shake. It didn’t quiet the jerks upstairs down much but it sure was fun! I didn’t stay there long after that. These scumbags were louder than the bar downstairs where I live now.

Take something you own that is fragile and costly and break it. Then show it to the mother and tell her it was sitting on a shelving unit on the other side of the wall and the vibration from the kids caused it fall and break. You will let it go THIS TIME but if the kids toss a ball at the wall again and damage other costly, fragile items (tell her you have many)you will sue for damages. Or, make the area the kids are hanging out unpleasant-burn misquioto coils or play classical music or operate your circular saw when the may be sleeping and if they complain, come to an agreement – you stop and I will stop, etc.

Are you in an apartment? When you complain do it on paper. That way you have a paper trail and a history. They can ignore a knock on the door or a phone call but not paper. Use your cell phone to get video tapes of the kids causing hell and of you talking to her. You can record a conversation as long as you are part of that conversation. The other person does not need to know. Then take her to court when you have enough evidence. Write a letter to the management company so you have documentation on that too. Be sure to get a video of her acknowledging your letter each time you do it.

Yeah, from Nigeria.
