Those behind this want to turn Europe into a feudalism. They forget that the only reason feudalism came about in Europe in the first place was the invading Hordes were so busy heading to the Roman cities to loot the cities, the hordes bypassed the rich farms, with the lords of those farms later becoming the first rules of the feudal era in Europe.
