    Yahoo has been so inconsequential for so long that when Verizon bought it just last month no one noticed. Or cared. (Verizon bought AOL earlier this year too. When was the last time you heard of them?)
    Yahoo was reportedly worth $125 billion in 2000. Verizon bought it for $4.8 billion and the sale included land in Silicon Valley. That land was most likely the only thing worth buying.

    Marissa Mayers ran Yahoo to the ground, by doing what google is starting to do, I foresee Googles stocks crashing down soon
