    http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/women-better-leaders-men-study-a7658781.html

Barbarossa has commented on the bottom, his comments are still there. This is a study out of Scandinavia. It actually says women aren’t emotionally stable and then asks why more women don’t get promoted. Hmmmm….

The capacity and ability of the leader of any group of people can be measured by the success of that unit. Few of these female CEO’s have ever actually built anything, but men like Bill Gates, Elon Musk and other sure as s~~~ have.

A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!

I worked for women in the past, and I will never do it again. I even had a female 1SG once, and it was well known by most that she sexed her way up the ranks. Her daughter was more of a slut than she was, to many of the unit’s delight, as she was 18. She would spend a lot of time in the supply room or room next to the arms room, where it had a conveniently placed cot. Like mother, like daughter.

This idiot of a 1SG became so bad, that her power was limited to doing what the SGM told her to do verbatim. She once went off the script, and she had so many complaints against her that they had to temporarily remove her to some TDY. A 1SG being sent on a TDY, and a SFC taking her place until things calmed down. It was a circus.

It would be nice to see the numbers from the study. In the four categories women outranked men, they did so by a small percentage, but in the one category men excelled in, they blew it out of the water.

    Men 49, 49, 49, 49, 89. Total: 285
    Women 51, 51, 51, 51, 11. Total: 215

I’d also question if they weighted all categories equally. The characteristics they categorized are important, but I’d say being emotionally stable and able to handle stress to be much more important. Not good at innovating. Hire someone who is. Not good at communicating. Hire someone who is. Not emotionally stable or able to handle stress… Hire someone to replace you.

A co-worker recently told me, "If you want to see who someone really is, divorce them." I have found out how true this is. When your wife drops the façade of being the caring partner, you will witness all of the greed, hate, and spite that she has masked. It is truly breathtaking!

    Proposition: women are better leaders

    Evidence against: Merkel + Germany

    I rest my case

All they’ve proven is that they’ve wasted taxpayers money on an unscientific study

Yahoo was so bad for so long it wasn’t funny. The saying around the industry was that Yahoo was where good ideas go to die. It bought dozens of promising services, apps, ideas, and whatnot only to fail with every single one of them.

Yahoo has been so inconsequential for so long that when Verizon bought it just last month no one noticed. Or cared. (Verizon bought AOL earlier this year too. When was the last time you heard of them?)

Yahoo was reportedly worth $125 billion in 2000. Verizon bought it for $4.8 billion and the sale included land in Silicon Valley. That land was most likely the only thing worth buying.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

It depends upon the context. I would definitely rather follow than try to lead these beauties to the all you can eat buffet.

Good to read that “women are just better leaders”, hence, women can lead an all female military.

In my experiences, any female in a management position has a very high probability of being a negative style ‘leader’.

They are best suited to roles where blind unquestioning obedience to a c~~~-in-chief overseeing rote simple procedures is paramount. They do excel in those jobs. The high employee turnover is evidence of it.

initiative and clear communication; openness and ability to innovate; sociability and supportiveness; and methodical management and goal-setting.

I’ve never witnessed any of these things where they are supposedly better than men. The opposite has been my general experience. I call propaganda. I’ve even had women tell me they refuse to work for women.

Thanks for the laugh early on a Wednesday morning. The problem is women lead with emotion and are irrational. Those two qualities will NEVER make for a GOOD leader as far as i’m concerned.

I didn’t know the details but I did know that Yahoo was run by a woman and failing miserably. Yahoo has nothing but ultraliberal stories on their homepage and nothing else. All the while google has some really hard core s~~~e that they’ve done…. I wonder why?

    IMHO
Generally speaking women are just better at saying they do things better, rather than just doing them at all.

Make them all CEOs and lower the pay for the job below the male technicians that actually run the business. You know, to propagate the pay gap.

I’ve worked for both. Print your BS to someone who hasn’t lived it.

None of my daughters will ever vote for a female for President. My work is done here.

I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

I remember hearing a study that shows that both males and females employees trust the male manager than the female.

I believed it was from one of Tom Leykis’s old show on youtube

The female managers and bosses that I’ve worked for have all be bottom rung. The men haven’t been much better in most cases but the clear advantage goes to the women. Bar none.
