The idea of having a member or members with the actual power to boot people would be a bad though as brought up by stj1975, depending on who was chosen to do this I could see the power being abused. I mean s~~~ like this one is obvious, the problem is when it is not 100% obvious.

I think it is just a matter of whether or not you want the welcome mat to be out for the new guys, some who only come here after everything else in life has already beaten them up. I would rather welcome them and live with a few tuna a little longer than run some of them off so that we could be 100% tuna free at all times.
