I’m glad you brought up the topic of “Red Pill Rage” again. Anger robs us of our energy to improve and become stronger. The more men we brothers can help overcome anger, the better this world can be.

I have been through a lot of anger and like brother Pete want to get the message out – anger and hate destroy you and those you care about. It is the nature of the beast.

Take it from those of us who’ve been there : don’t do anger & don’t do hate. There are always other ways.

to abnormal situations.
hate is a complete waste of energy.
anger passes eventually.
what you DO while angry is very important.
you can’t undo most things.
..to be haunted forever for an act is never worth it.
long term thinking is crucial.
time passes and things resolve.

tell him your plans….

life is an adventure and we only can control ourselves,
when we let go of expectations,
we don’t get disappointed .

This is one rare time I disagree my friend.

Anger and hate both consume – they do not stop. One begets the other. It appears they help but they change you in ways you do not realise until too late. Some people say control the anger – but this is a lie. These two cannot be controlled. They kill everything else within you.

Let go of the anger. The hate will follow. It is very hard I know – I took many many years to get some feeling back in my life but I am glad I did. But these two are always in the shadows – waiting.

That’s just me. That road should never be taken.
