I don’t think I could convict her of manslaughter though. You’d have to convince me that she bullied to the point that the boy really was forced to do it. I see it as a very slippery slope that can set a very bad precedent. Next thing you know a college girl will consent to sex, then claim rape because he called her a prude, hence forcing her into sex.

Regardless, she needs to be in a medical institution for a long time, and never be trusted to communicate alone with anyone ever again.

This happened a few hours south of me so I’ve been following the case for the last 3 or 4 years. Quite frankly, I’m surprised it even made it into court. I thought the pussy pass would be in play from the first.

Carter, the little bitch on trial, has grown a bit more haggard over the years. I’d like to think it’s a result of her complicity in the boy’s death, but that would require self awareness on the part of a millennial c~~~ sociopath. Her more “mature” look is most likely due to the last of her “puppy” fat being burned away by the c~~~ carousel at her college.

Along with the usual resting bitch face and large dead doe eyes, she’s had the receding hairline or ‘fivehead” from the first. She was also caught several times making the usual “pursed lip” dismissive face in early hearings. It seems she’s listening to her lawyers now.

Carter will get off. While what she did was evil and immoral, it also wasn’t illegal.

I don’t know if lesser charges are part of the indictment. If they are, she may be convicted on a few. She’ll skip on the main charge however.
