    CONTRACT FORBIDS:
“If player has engaged in personal conduct reasonably judged by the Club to adversely affect or reflect on the Club, then the Club may terminate this contract” (Paragraph 11).

This language shows why its really dumb for the Owners to back the players now – they’ve boxed themselves into a corner. If I’m players lawyer, I’d argue “clearly, the conduct wasn’t judged by Club to adversely affect the Club, since the team owner told my client ‘I support your right to protest’ every week!!!”

As for the President and his tweets: Where is it written he is prohibited from expressing his opinion? I recall a certain “Obama” saying that everyone (white) has racism in their DNA…a truly outrageous and infantile comment—yet no protests about that…

Thank you. He got a pass because he is black. Trump has to suffer because everything he says is considered white privilege by the c~~~ media.

Plus Obama weighed in on two NFL issues:
    (1) Redskins trademark and
    (2) Kapernick ….where was MSM saying “POTUS should stay out of NFL issues”???

I’d ask MSM person: “Why didn’t you tell Obama to butt out of Kapernick issue when he weighed in????”

Obama is a pussy-whipped prick. I started watching his most recent speech and Q&A with Bill and Melinda Gates and could not make it through it. He is still a moron. Melinda Gates has Bill under a spell as well. Richest man in the world is a simp. F~~~ing idiot.

Her body language and his said enough about who wears the pants. I respected Gates in the past but not anymore.

And i don’t think we’ve heard the last of him. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him testifying to Congress in the future. Trey Gowdy would have a field day with him.

Which is why I do not ever see him testifying about anything. It will not happen. He will continue to take cheap shots in speeches. That is what he does best.

surfdude12’s point is exactly the argument I would make in court. AND let us remember that nearly 70% of the current federal bench are OBAMA appointees—so how do you think this is going to go down with those clowns?

There is another option. the owners and coaches have enormous latitude over the players. they can give them all sorts of instructions about practice, showing up somewhere etc. I would use this to make some lives unbearable and basically force them out.

Working as an attorney for the DoD I was always of found of getting the desired result by “other means”. You simply have to know the strength of the cards you DO have and play them effectively.

It will take a good 6-7 years for Trump to fix this.

I like this approach. Tighten the screws a bit. Reminds me of John D. Rockefeller. I love it.

I might also point out is is not necessary or desirable to fire EVERYONE—rather the teams should single out the most vocal and vulnerable then crucify that person or a couple of others. The rest will fall into line when they realize their fortunes are now at risk. And it is more valuable to maintain some “members” who now knuckle under than get rid of them all at once. we want to use their example after all for anyone else contemplating unwanted behavior. And the owners can get rid of them later—quietly when their contracts expire. Again serving as an important example.

With a little thought an imagination the owners/coaches can manage this situation successfully.

Well luckily he has until Jan 20th, 2025 to right all the wrongs of the past 34-40 years. He’s got some time.

I love it. There probably is a clause in there that players have to attend charity rallies, etc, so I’d force them to attend Pro Trump Charity Rallies 🙂

Or force them to pose for photographs wearing MAGA hats with NFL logos

Amen to that!! And how true for not just law but for anything in life

I will be eligible to run by that time. We will need to amend the laws to allow me to run. You better believe I will carry on what Trump will have built by then.

Ben Roethlisberger on Monday afternoon released a statement saying he regretted his Pittsburgh Steelers boycotting the national anthem on Sunday.

Well i didn’t want the spotlight. But if I am the best man for the job than i’ll take it. I certainly can do better in a debate against the liberals. I guess i can still make Education my focus as VP.

Yeah that good old “white privilege”.

    I’m still waiting for mine.

Must be that “white privilege” that got me off the streets and pursuing my MBA.

“White privilege” the cool way to be racists.

I certainly can do better in a debate against the liberals.

    Liberals are infantile debaters.

When you use “social justice” has your burden of proof, objective truth ceases to exist.

They literally live everywhere but reality.

It would be like debating a child.

    Fuck bitches... literally and metaphorically
