Broken up about 5 months now everything was going great but my mind is missing her now more than ever is this normal? I’m trying to find signs of something that triggered me but I can’t figure it out.i just need some advice guys on how to get my mind of her

In other words, if you can’t be sure that you can control your emotions, and your emotions have betrayed you in the past. It’s better/safer to go after women that you will not have to worry about any type of emotional attachment.
