I don’t know where all these ideas came from about what’s happening. It is none of these reasons.
Body language of the guy before the war went past and then the body language of the woman afterwards paint an absolute definition of what is happening in the movie.
The man was staring at her it appears is mouth moves because of the movement of the chin.
Probably hey baby or something like that.
She is at rest going over the bridge so she had nothing angry on her mind before this guy stare at her crossing the bridge and says something this is the major clue to what’s gone on.
She is responding by down her coat first at the end of the bridge. This is anger protest slamming (body language). Indicating that she is in protest against whatever this man did.

If a woman was cheated on and she wanted to show him what he was missing she would have done it in private because of female psychological behaviour. By this I mean a woman’s strengths is in manipulating men and hurting men is by drawing them in close to use sensory input of smell, soft skin and tenderness to reinforce focus on them to make a point.
This closeness is not prevalent in the video she is standing off. Meaning she doesn’t know this man and there is no way she had a romantic relationship with him.
