    Breaking Through the Gender Pay Gap and Glass Ceiling

    The road to pay equity has long been blocked by various barricades, but increasingly women are breaking through to get ahead—if only by going around and taking a different route and without growing b~~~~. According to a recent Harvard study, the gender pay gap can be explained by the field of work rather than the gender of the worker; career choice matters most, and women are manning up and refusing to be limited to certain low-paying fields. Women are redirecting anger and jealousy of men by choosing new paths and new careers, women are leaping across the gender divide. Why choose to become an elementary school teacher for $38,000 a year or registered nurse for $65,000 a year (both fields traditionally dominated by women) when a woman could make over $80,000 a year as a brick layer or software engineer? Women are now becoming steel workers, pilots, flight and petroleum engineers making more than ever before. Women can ignore thoughts of fragility and find higher-paying jobs in traditionally male-dominated fields by reaching inside and developing their own masculine virtues.
    Women can tap into their innate male characteristics to get what they deserve. These masculine assets can be cultivated in anyone and everyone:
    Tough-skinned: Most men have a high tolerance for rough banter and cultivate an emotionless front to focus on the physical dangers and social demands involved in work. Women should set aside their personal feelings.
    Jokester: Women should learn to make light of danger, joke aggressively, and rib others unapologetically when working in difficult, physically demanding situations or taking on life-threatening work.
    Competitive: Most men enjoy friendly competition and can push themselves as necessary and using everything at their disposal to survive and thrive. Women should develop their competitive side.
    Risk-taker: Although there are undoubtedly exceptions, men tend to take more risks than women, whether on the playground or at work. Men know that risks bring rewards. Women should acquire this risk-taking characteristic in pursuit of higher paying jobs.
    When women aspire to careers traditionally pursued by men, they must face their fears, apprehensions, and stereotypes about rugged men. Women are ending their little girl complaints and facing life straight on. Some might be intimidated or even afraid, but she can empower herself by adopting these masculine traits herself. Choosing more challenging and lucrative careers can enhance status, increase wealth, and develop authority. Dangerous jobs provide incredible benefits like medical, life, disability, and dismembered insurance plans, should they be necessary. But the benefits for women are more than just financial.
    Motherhood
    They say that money can’t buy you love, but it can provide almost everything else—including privilege, power, and admiration. Money is freedom. Having financial means will reshape a woman’s psychology, and it may be unlikely that she can manage a high-paying career and motherhood. Men can “marry” their jobs, but will women? Each woman must plan the possibility of an incredible lifestyle with or without children. Women must define their lives, roles, and ambitions on their own terms.
    Women are Pursuing Additional Income
    In addition to choosing high-wage jobs, some women are learning how to pile on added dollars by working overtime and double-time. Women are growing up, breaking traditional female gender habits of leaving work early to perform errands, go shopping, or even spending time tracking and suspiciously following their partners’ activities. That time is instead being spent at work, getting ahead. Most companies pay people for the extra time on the job. According to Dr. Jordan Peterson, if you work 14% more hours, your salary will increase by 40%.
    Further, some women even travel far and wide for their job, visiting customer sites as spokespeople, trainers, and representatives for their companies. They even work over the weekends. All these activities garner more “inconvenience pay” and company loyalty rewards. Executives take notice of women who come early, stay late, travel, and seize every opportunity to advance their careers.
    As women adopt typically male gender roles and spend more time at work, they may be surprised to find that their partners pick up some of the slack at home. Thus, these women have resolved a long-standing feminist complaint and switched the old home versus work roles.
    Make no doubt that gender stereotypes are being dismantled as women discover a powerful, creative future of satisfying relationships and financial freedom. The misogyny conspiracy theories are all melting away as women take power positions.
    Breaking Through the Glass Ceiling
    Female employees are on the march towards being CEO through learning by experiences such as; GM’s Mary Bara, Geisha Williams of PG&E Corporation and Indra Nooyi of PepsiCo. Women are coming to appreciate all the company processes, they grow ever more competent and thus more valuable to the company. Their hard work and dedication meaning that they will deeply understand the customers and products offered or the procedures and policies of the trade. Women can, over time, comprehensively understand how to create value and generate profit. None of this can be learned in a classroom. Instead, they move slowly up a hierarchy of competence, wealth, and power. Along the way, they abolish the dangerous idea that women are pussies, nurturers and belong only in such fields as nursing and education because they are simply too weak or demur to compete in rugged careers like logging, fire-fighting, or ocean fishing. By lifting themselves up, women can ignite a spark of divinity inside; these women have discovered the power to transform and shape their lives as Goddess of their own Universe. Women are developing masculine traits by first taking small, calculated risks that eventually level the playing field in the company. The next step: Female CEO.
    Conclusion
    Since the 1960s people have been hell-bent on creating gender equality. Millions of men have bent over backwards; laws and policies have been changed. Now, women must pull up their man-panties, owning the strength to destroy any antiquated notion that women cannot compete in powerful, dangerous, high paying or risky careers traditionally belonging to men. Women are learning to sacrifice their own lives and devote themselves to their careers, so will realize amazing financial benefits for their efforts. Toss out those pussy hats, the anger and bitterness as real women are reaching for the moon and tasting great power, wealth and freedom

    Why should women have to be men to be in the workplace. The guiding principle or feminism is that the workplace should be more female and less male trait oriented. “A woman’s way of thinking” is the way the workplace should be according to our new overlords. Women are still being punished if they are mom’s. Less OT, less weekends, less freedom to travel.

    This will be the main reaction of feminists to your thesis.

    The plain truth is that women have NEVER fought for “pay equity” or “employment equality” or any of that cr​ap. No. What they have actually done is make up lies about some supposed bullsh​it “pay gap” and “glass ceiling” in order to falsely justify being paid money they haven’t earned and getting positions they are not qualified for.

    Women would really do better in the workplace if they aped men but the problem is that they are not men so the workplace has to change for them. This they call “feminization” of the workplace.

    A not very funny event which is occurring on college campuses and workplaces everywhere. They started on grade school kids years ago ignoring test results in favor of giving behavior grades to students thus privelaging girls in schools leading to our current morass.

    It’s really not funny.

    Women are now enjoying many typically male careers due to male-built technology, free cash and pussy passes galore.

    Women are now more successful and wealthy than ever. But for some reason they have never been more miserable. She tries to mitigate this with cats and Prozac, but they offer little relief from her increasingly empty life.

    Women will soon control the world but your average woman has never been more out of control. Cigarettes, dick, cats, Prozac, fast food, alcohol.

    Men are now poorer cos they’re s~~~ at studying and lazy at working. But mysteriously, they are happier than ever.

    This does not compute. In the shallow world of women, money, career and appearance MUST equal happiness, right?

    I would just throw that piece of work in the bin for the many reasons covered above and several others.

    If one of the intentions of any article is to educate perhaps next time you could try writing on something more fundamental.
    Differential advantage perhaps…. Too fundamental you say? OK. How about dispersed costs and concentrated benefits.

    I was about 55% sure it was satire/irony…

    All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.
