Columbia settles lawsuit with student accused of raping ‘mattress girl’

    Article

“Columbia recognizes that after the conclusion of the investigation, Paul’s remaining time at Columbia became very difficult for him and not what Columbia would want any of its students to experience.”

    No s~~~, Sherlock.

… and feminists gave her an “award”. Yes really.

Look at that stupid photo. Covering her face so she won’t be recognized? What a poster shot – sitting in the dunce corner.

A f~~~ing “women of courage – award”. What a pathetic example to women. For lying her head off, making an utter spectacle of herself and dragging others ( along with her mattress ) down to her level.

That’s all she’ll ever be. “Mattress girl”. Congratulations, sweetheart. I would say she should be ashamed herself, if she had the capacity for it.

As much as the feminists would like to change this, men still technically protected against slander and have the right to Due Process under the law.

She was invited to the f~~~ing State of the Union.

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand is coming under fire for hosting at the State of the Union address Emma Sulkowicz, the Columbia University student known as “mattress girl,” whose anti-rape campaign against a fellow student has been criticized as harassment.
Ms. Sulkowicz has become a symbol of the campus anti-rape movement for her “Carry That Weight” project, in which she has vowed to lug a mattress around campus until a student she accused of rape is expelled or leaves Columbia, a campaign her critics describe as a “personal vendetta.”
Families Advocating for Campus Equality (FACE) blasted the New York Democrat’s decision to invite Ms. Sulkowicz to Thursday’s address, calling the honor “undeserved.”

Trump’s move to roll back the Dept of Ed and the “dear Comrade” Obama letter is move enough for me to hoist a Saturday evening toast to him.

    Prost!

    So, to summarize:

Mattress girl accuses a man of raping her. She then carries the mattress around campus every day. Lying EVERY day. The man goes through hell. Eventually he is found innocent, after all of the damage is done. After he is thrown off campus, had his reputation damaged beyond repair, and after he is thrown out of school. The school then pays the man that they threw off campus. The girl wins an award.

Zero responsibility for her own actions. Zero accountability for her own actions. Zero remorse for her own actions. No apology. I can’t even imagine being able to sleep at night knowing I had ruined someone’s life because of my lie, let alone continue the lie on a daily basis. Not just continuing it, but forcing on everyone else by carrying around the mattress every day. That woman has no soul.

    Sounds about right.

“We hope that the resolution of the case also ensures that no student will ever have to endure what Paul went through after he was exonerated.”

Y’all catch the circumvention of responsibility in that statement? They say AFTER he was exonerated. How about while he was accused? They never address that point. Even with the implication that the harassment started before he was exonerated. So it’s okay for someone to be harassed before a disposition is established but not afterwards. That’s not f~~~ed up at all!!!

I think that “woman of courage” trophy just raped her!

But it all ends well when the news reports that she married it.

YOU have far too much faith in men my brother. She will find her soul mate and prove once again that our society is doomed.

Any man that has sexual contact henceforth with her, should be banned from mgtow. Even after the prison sentence phase.

My sympathy only goes so far.

The polar opposite. She begs it up the ass, then winds up getting invited to Congress.

    You can’t make this up.

It’s an indictment of the American higher education system. With fewer men going to college because of the toxic campus environment, America is setting herself up for a giant fall in about one generation. This kind of s~~~ will NOT make America great again. Thankfully, more and more men are suing and winning against false accusers.

My message to college bound young men. Only enrol in online subjects, its less travel, accommodation expense and you can do it in your own schedule.

Go only for practical work that is mandated.

The on campus model of instruction is outdated. Colleges that do not offer their courses on line need to be punished with not enrolling.

Campuses are a life risk for men.

Not true, lets be fair & set an example for these scum.

“It gives Paul a chance to go on with his life and recover from the false accusation against him,” he said. “We hope that the resolution of the case also ensures that no student will ever have to endure what Paul went through after he was exonerated.”

The troubling part for me, aside from the entire spectacle, is the failure to address what he went through Before he was exonerated.

Nungesser wants to be a filmmaker, the Post reported.

With any luck there will be a karmic backswing from this ordeal in which Paul Nungesser produces a film addressing false accusations funded by the settlement from a false accusation.

I guess carrying that mattress around is all that is preventing her from being a landwhale too.

But that’s just a quote in the article. The article’s author and the media corporation publishing the article will never themselves call him falsely accused, much less the true victim in this situation.
