    These laws are retarded to say the least. Controlling behaviour by a husband could include the following.

    “Sweetheart, if you don’t stop screwing the neighbour, I’m not doing the dishes any more”.

    Society at large uses coercive control to keep men in order all of the time every day. So under this definition a great many things could be considered criminal it could even go beyond marriage. In fact the case against Assange in the United Kingdom could be considered coercive control, making it criminal under domestic law. I can see this opening the door to quite a bit of abuse.
