Good new. In their attempt to demonise, vilify and control men with their hateful ideology, feminists have inadvertently outlawed marriage. The definition of ‘coercive and controlling’ behaviour has been defined so widely and ambiguously that it actually makes marriage illegal. The definition is this:

Controlling or coercive behaviour in an intimate or family relationship
    (1) A person (A) commits an offence if—
    (a) A repeatedly or continuously engages in behaviour towards another person (B) that is controlling or coercive,
    (b) at the time of the behaviour, A and B are personally connected,
(c)the behaviour has a serious effect on B, and
(d)A knows or ought to know that the behaviour will have a serious effect on B.

Placing a person under any form of obligation is a form of control as it restricts their freedoms and choices. So a marriage contract is coercive and controlling behaviour.

Wikipedia defines marriage as: Marriage, also called matrimony or wedlock, is a socially or ritually recognized union or legal contract between spouses that establishes rights and obligations between them, between them and their children, and between them and their in-laws,[1] as well as society in general.

I’m pretty certain that marriage has a serious affect on the man as she gets to take half his stuff.

So, now here in the UK any attempt at marriage by a female is coercive and controlling behaviour and a crime. If she tries to talk you into marriage or bully you or shame you into marrying her, that’s a crime.

The white knights at the police wont do anything about it though, but to any man caught in a marriage already he has a good argument for getting out and bringing his own prosecution against his wife.

Great point. I would love to see a court making a decision according to this. It would never happen though.

I wonder how long it will take them to apply the same legal tests to everyday none intimate or family relationships for example extend it to work or casual relationships?

“Constable! My boss just attempted to coerce me into doing some work! Arrest him imediately!”

    Or
    girl:
“Oficer! This swine just pressured me to get him a beer from the fridge”
    Police man:
“Well, miss, this is a bar and he is a customer and you are a waitress so…”
    girl:
“Don’t you opress me or you will be locked up with him!”

Soon it will become an offence to look at some one in a funny way!

Best get out of UK while you have the chance….

That’s interesting. It seems that Child Support fits neatly into those definitions too.

Can someone post a link to a beer and popcorn delivery service in the UK.

They must do bulk though. It’s going to be a long show.

I am in a place in life where I’m immune from this insanity.

The manginas are being hunted now … poor little souls.

I see your hand and raise:

” Judge! Yesterday I had a nightmare where my husband gang-raped me with a bunch of guys at the office. Here are their names and phone numbers and I expect the death penalty for all of them”

Make your own beer from as little as 25p per pint, never have to leave the house again.

Doesn’t this apply to the government too??? Especially the government???

It looks like the queen just shot herself in the head!

It seems all laws lead to MGTOW…

Those are main beams cracking in the inferno of feminism! It won’t be long before the BRICK WALLS® cave in on top of them! Crushing them!

I’m glad I got the f~~~ out of that building!

Kinda reminds me of the movie cherry 2000. In the beginning of the film any relation of any kind must be delegated by a lawyer. Unless of course you are rich enough to own a female robot. Unfortunately, this film…as good as it’s premise…is totally not worth watching until the end. Funny thing is…the movie takes place I’m 2017. I wonder if we are destined to the same fate.

Best news that I read so far today.

    [*sarcasm mode on*]
Well done and thank you feminism to prove our very point and make the taste of freedom to go my own way ever so sweet… [*sarcasm mode off*]

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Back to the plantation..? Me..? Hey, literally: I won't ever fucking kid myself...YZERLMNTSIC

So could withholding sex be considered coercive behavior too?

Agreed, there’s just no benefit for a man to make that level of a commitment over a legal contract that is so stacked against him.

We’ve already walked away from it but i bet there are many men out there who read about this when it was in the news who are quietly thinking the same as we do but just haven’t vocalised it.

Gotta love the vague ass laws feminists push. because if they actually put specifically what they considered rape, the whole world would laugh.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.
