My female co-workers who weren’t already off for the day talked about wearing red in solidarity, but they couldn’t even get that right.

I agree you won’t see anyone fired. A lot of women work in offices with sick days and vacation days, and if they wanted the day off, it would have been easily granted.

As I stated before, anyone doing a good job, working hard, deserve a good paying.
If gender equality was real, we will have women working on sewers, construction and any other places, and WORKING HARD AS MEN DO !

But here, we all know that c~~~s are f~~~ing lazy, they try really hard to escape from work, get a 20 hours/week job, and things like that in a fair market, well. I won’t say that I will never hire a c~~~ but, some lazy ass that is only willing to work 20 hours/week would not have a top paying job, neither a job that need a responsible person for ! So, as you can imagine, c~~~s will be pushed out of the market or they will need to change, and that ain’t gonna happen !

It’s math, resource allocation, I prefer to pay 3 times more for a person who will get the job done, clean, fast and perfect, than for a person that maybe will do that in a below average quality. In other words, yes, there will be a huge wage gap, but not between men and women, but between f~~~ing lazy asses and people who work.

And brothers, you all know, who are the lazy asses ? Who are the hard workers ?

As others have stated, the HR departments of nearly all companies are staffed exclusively by women. You won’t be seeing the same amount of layoffs that illegal immigrants faced when they walked off the job last month.
